Incredible Value, Amazing Picture and Brightness

I upgraded to this TV from a TCL 5 Series and the difference is night and day. The brightness level and deep blacks are incredible, along with 4k at 120hz on the series x. I prefer the Roku platform to Google, but Google is still very good. The built in speakers on this TV are also very good compared to most others.

Beautiful but Glitchy

After YouTube and other research we decided to give Hisense a try. The pros: Picture was amazing when it worked. Features like Dolby Atmos and one touch apps excellent. Cons : the sound would make a loud popping noise come from my sonos sound bar when you changed inputs from the remote. Sometimes the sound would drop completely and you would have to turn of the TV completely to get it back. The processor seem to overload and needed a soft reset. Also on Amazon prime for some reason the top part of the screen would have horizontal lines were the information banner would normally be. All these glitches make the purchase seem unwise. We loved the picture but feared the future of what else would go wrong since it was already having problems out of the box in the first few days. I hope that they improve the product but it would be a long time to build trust them working for me to purchase one. For now we are searching for a reliable replacement for our old TV.
