I’m a bit of a snob, but not quite an expert and I could not recommend this tv more. The brightness and color can’t be matched. And the sound is surprisingly good. And don’t get it twisted, these compliments aren’t under the disclosure of “for the price”, these are for any tv. Top notch.

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first the hisense U8H worked great, the picture was bright and the feature set was excellent, almost rivaling my LG C1, but after about a year and four months the screen developed a dimness problem with the picture bright along corners but dim in the middle. Contacting Best Buy I was then informed to contact Hisense for any service as I could not return it to them, still waiting for a reply from them . I brought the tv in Nov of 2022 it's supposed to be under warranty for two years.

Great visuals, stylish, OS is not ideal

My only quibbles are that the googletv OS can get a bit cluttered, and the hey google feature gets aggressive--maybe once every 30 hours of viewing, it randomly activates if someone on the screen says something.
