Turned it on last night everything was fine, paused it for 10 minutes to let my dog out, came back it was off, tried everything to get it to turn back on. Nothing worked, dead as a light bulb. Tried it in a different outlet, different room, no cable attached nothing worked. Pretty disappointed in the life span of a low use TV.

I felt like I was watching a poorly done 3rd grade play in a gymnasium. Don't waste your money. The sound is awful. I called to return it the same day I bought it.

Bought a geek squad protection thinking I would be alright, but informed by Best Buy that their protection doesn't include accidental screen cracks-this aspect of their policy was never clearly stated when I purchased the protection plan on line. Both Best Buy and Hisense would not offer any assistance. Told by Best Buy it would be cheaper for me to buy a new TV instead replacing the screen. Do NOT buy this product and go to another store to buy a TV, you can get similar prices without being scammed. And do NOT buy Hisense-cheaply made. Bought it for xbox and couldn't use the game mode due to artifact. Should of bought a samsung like I had before and will do so at another store.

NextGen tuner reliability is hit and miss. Audio is good at low levels. Mid to high levels there is a weird thumping sound instead of bass notes. May recommend future models to others if there are tuner and audio improvements.

Hisense = Poor Quality

However, I've owned this television for 6 months and it disconnects from WiFi constantly. I tried all the online "fixes" - reset, clear cache, etc. Nothing works. And while looking into what may be going wrong I see that this is an issue for many owners of this television. Won't be buying a Hisense again. Buyer beware. You get what you pay for.

Great picture, some misgivings

Even when i push it all the way to lowest level it still booms. Also, I cannot figure out how to connect with my router. Great service from Best Buy

Honestly it's not enough to really bother me but it is noticable from time to time
