It works great using streaming services, viewing via HDMI to my PC, PlayStation 3/4 or other consoles.

Ive never used an android tv before but it will be something i stick with from here on out. Unfortunately, the satisfaction didnt last long, as it either freezes or crashes after green streaks take up the whole screen randomly which occur at least once a day. Ive only hd the tv for a few weeks and have tried to put up with it because i just had my tv replaced for the same issue however, its gotten pretty annoying. This could easily be a 5 star tv if some of the basic functionality was better.

Cracked screen out of the box- no exchange.

When we took it out of the box, the screen was cracked. When we took it back to the store for an exchange, two Geek Squad employees inspected the box, the styrofoam, and the TV and declared that it was not them, it was me- they told me I must have damaged the TV when I took it out of the box. They would not exchange it. I was told to contact Hisense. I was so upset and frustrated about having lost $390 that I just left. I appreciated that BB waived the $30 recycling fee.

Have been going back and forth with Hisense for a week trying to get them to honor 1 year warranty. But when it worked had great pic.
