I had a mount installed prior to delivery. A Samsung was hung up 1st then removed

No AV inputs. Dead pixels and didn't come with fee

First one had dead pixels and came with no feet to stand it up. Pretty sure they tried to pass off an open box tv on me as new. Waited a week for them to pick up and deliver new TV and it is fine but I've noticed that it also does not have the av inputs it shows in picture or description. Wouldn't have bought if I'd known. It's not really the TV's fault but this was a horrible customer experience from Best Buy. Get it together.

Great TV at an affordable price

I am very happy with the contrast and colors, all looks very sharp. Good sound also (as I do not have it hooked up to a separate speaker) I would strongly recommend to any one looking for great value.

Hisense 4K great picture

This my second Hisense and a family member of mine has one. Very easy to navigate and did i say great picture. You cannot go wrong with this product given the price. I literally see no difference in picture quality against my 75 inch 4K samsung TV

New To Hisense

Crisp screen without fussing with many settings. I was amazed by the sound because my old 65" TV, we had a soundbar and don't need this one. Everyone that's come over can tell I got a new tv.

The image and sound are great, and it shows no signs of damage just yet. It loses a star because we've had a few issues with connectivity on the google screen share, and it is occasionally difficult to navigate the interface.

Excellent Budget Friendly Purchase

I intended to use this TV primarily in my office space and am impressed with the picture quality. The purchase was made online, and at that time, delivery was available within my zip code, although there was no installation option. Unboxing was a breeze, requiring just a few clicks to release the clips attached to the boxes, allowing it to open upright. The legs, included in the packaging, needed to be screwed in with your own screwdriver, a task that took only a few seconds. Right out of the box, the TV required no setup. The default settings on the remote included apps for Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, Disney, Tubi, and Peacock. I easily added additional apps for Apple TV and YouTube Kids and rearranged icons for quicker access. Signing into your account for the apps was as simple as opening your phone's camera and holding it up to the TV screen to scan the QR code, a standard feature for most newer TVs these days. I also found the user interface to be simple and easy, eliminating the need to search for sub-features, unlike the Samsung we purchased for our primary living room viewing. We don't have a cable box subscription, and I was pleased to discover that Google included free channels, including some local ones, and movies in the interface. The ports in the back of the TV include 2 USBs, a headphone jack, AV IN, 3 HDMIs, ANT/CABLE, Service, and Serial. I read in the comments by other purchasers that the Hisense Google TV prompts you to sign into your Google account, potentially leaving it open for others to access. For me, this was not an issue as it was purchased for the home office. However, I could understand if you're using it in a public place or a rental property, that could be a concern. I purchased this TV during a Black Friday promotion, and Best Buy price-matched the Target price, which was slightly cheaper. Additionally, we are Total Tech members at Best Buy, and I've been pleased with the customer service, price guarantee, and especially the warranty offered on their products. I highly recommend this service. While there is an annual membership cost, we purchase most of our tech products for the home office and small business using the Total Tech membership, providing peace of mind if we ever encounter issues post-purchase without having to deal directly with the manufacturer. I've read numerous reviews online and consulted sales representatives in stores about their thoughts on the Hisense brand. Many have mentioned that while Hisense has significantly improved their interface and quality, they may not last as long as their competitors such as Samsung, TCL, and Sony. I'm unsure of the lifespan of a TV these days, but with new technology emerging yearly, considering the previous year's model can be a great option. And, for a budget-friendly TV, you get what you pay for in the long run, but that doesn't diminish what it has to offer.

Ok for about 18 months.

It keeps disconnecting from WIFI and will not allow you to turn it back on. I have to hard cycle it to reconnect to internet. My last TV was a Sony that lasted 8 years until a mishap knocked it off stand. While it was only $330 but this is a bit disappointing

Faster than my old Chromecast, probably on par with my Chromecast 4K. Good remote compared to a chromecast, no accidental button pressing, and the infrared communication as well as Bluetooth make it a lot more reliable. As far as picture quality goes, pretty good. My only complaint would be the backlight distribution seems to concentrated more towards the edges. Not noticable really during normal usage, but on menus or flat colors it can be seen.

Its very easy to set up. The sound is excellent we usually just use up to 15 on volume because it is loud. When we watch football we use up to 20/25 & it is pretty loud. Highly recommend
