I'll start out by saying that I've had other 4k TV's, different brands, and in comparison to those, this a a great 4K tv, especially for the price. It was super simple to set up right out of the box. Very light weight for a 65 inch. All of the apps work wonderfully without any hiccups. The picture is great, see attached photo. The remote is very nice also. It comes with buttons for Netflix, Prime, YouTube, Disney+, tubi & peacock. We use all of these apps, maybe not so much tubi. The others get used daily by myself & the kiddo. Very convenient to just push the button instead of having to get out another remote, go on a streaming device, and scroll to get to the app. Much simpler and faster. There are better 4k tv's out there, but you're going to pay $2000-$4000 for those. I would say this is the best 4K tv, with smart features, that you’re going to find in this price range. You just can’t beat it for under $600!

Tv works great it was the perfect size for our mantle. We though about going with other tv brads that we had purchased in the past, but over all this tv has been a great purchase I definitely feel I got my money’s worth.

This TV was such a nice addition to our new home. It has fantastic contrast, accurate colors, but also is quite efficient for family use. It’s stylish design is a good feature when finding the right TV as well as the useful smart TV features.

Its an ok budget tv. Just the blacks are not that black

Hinsense is a great brand and best buy make this better.

18 months and the TV is broken. On the right side, 2 white boxes appeared at the top and bottom and the picture flickers between them.

Customer service was great. And the tv i got is wonderful and great price

The model I received is the 65A6G, however the back of the television is different than that depicted. (pic 1 is mine, pic 2 is Best Buy website). Is this a different model or, perhaps, year?

I like the looks especially the edges and the android functionality too sad it got dead pixels in just 3 weeks and they won't take it back.

I connected the Xbox One X to the TV and got a message saying the TV was not able to go to 4K. I used an 8K cable and plugged it into HDMI 4 (only 3 & 4 are 4K?). Still got the error. Googled the issue. Went through settings - HDMI to 2.0, HDMI to enhanced, etc. and no change. Same error. Went to company site and chatted. They told me it ‘might’ need a firmware update. There was no auto-update when I connected it to the internet and you can’t obtain this software from their site? It must be sent to you by the company? What an awful system. This TV was not 4K out of the box. If this doesn’t solve the problem, I will provide an update.

Poor quality picture and terrible backlight, there is a yellowish glare especially by the corner! Extremely noticeable with dark colors, taking it back to the store for a refund!

Defective panel out of the box, there are several bright spots showing on it. Will be returning it promptly.

Great TV. Like the android TV's over the others. Nice large viewing area. Connects HDMI to my DVD player, computer and with the antenna gets great picture on local channels. Has an optical of to my surfing sound system! VERY PLEASED with this purchase!!!!
