    Two stars for ease of setup, picture quality, and customer support only. Set up the TV one week after I received it. Good picture, decent sound, functional remote, fair smart features and function. Don't push the smart features too hard or the TV will slow way down, lock up, and eventually reboot itself. However, apps are still usable with a little patience. Not bad for $350 on sale. Until about a week or so later, when it just died. I was outside the return window, so I contacted HiSense support. Impressive response and followup. However, the solution was disappointing. I will get a refund (in 2 to 4 weeks) and I am stuck with a 65-inch paperweight. It will cost me a minimum of $25 to recycle this brick. I suggest that you pass on this TV (or any HiSense TV) and spend a little more for a proven name-brand (which is what I'll be doing from now on).

    I have flat screens in all my rooms of my huge home including 2 other 65" TV's but this one beats the clarity sound and price can not wait to buy another

    The sound is amazing the Bluetooth remote is the only problem. It delays when u press a button and not just like 3 seconds but like a minute to respond.

    Loved the TV out of the box, great picture quality, fast response and great controller layout and functionality a galore, since it's an Android TV, was just amazing, until on day 10, out of the blue, a huge grey vertical line appeared on the right side on the TV, I am glad i was still under the 14 day return period, so I didn't even hesitate. Maybe I got a bad unit, but for the TV to have an issue in such a short period of time is quite a red flag for me, so I'm probably going to go back to a Samsung. Again, great TV, with great picture and features, but I just don';t want to gamble with a replacement unit that might, or might not work properly.

    With 2 years geek squad and still under $450, for a 65" 4k! The picture is fantastic and the sound is great, very loud and crisp. Definitely a good buy!

    Bought Black Friday 2019. It's been turned on less than 25 times since it's not the main TV. It started giving me the "Your device has failed verification. System halted". It is already out of warranty. I reached out to Hisense. They recommend unplugging the unit for 60 seconds, then holding the power button down for 60 seconds and turning it back on. Now it won't power on at all. The TV was $300, it was used for less than 30-hours. It broke and is out of warranty. Turns out this is very common in this model. Even when it worked it was buggy and sluggish. I'm never buying anything made from Hisense again and also pass on the disapproval to everyone I know. In contrast, a Samsung and Insignia TV I bought at the same time are going strong. I'm surprised Hisense is still allowed to sell TVs in the US after this universal debacle.

    It was a Black Friday purchase and worked less than a month! This TV had good picture quality which was the only positive part but some major problems. WiFi get discounted every time, there is no option to disable tv speakers on the setting so, you can not use sound bars on this TV (you have to mute the TV and use sound bar which is ridicules!) and finally after using the TV for about three weeks it stopped working! I turned on the TV and it has a white screen, doesn’t show anything. It’s not a reliable brand at all!

    I was a complete fool to believe Hisense and Best Buy were reputable companies. I fell for the low price of $300 for this 65 inch 4K TV with bluetooth and bought it online at Best Buy over their Door Buster deals on BF. The first TV arrived and the display went gray and fuzzy in less than two weeks. I went without a TV for almost a week until Best Buy was able to bring me another one to exchange my original, defective unit. Today, about a month since I received this second unit, the exact same problem occurred! The display went blank / black yet again! Even though the TV powers up, the image processor or panel is defective. Nothing is displayed. This is a LEMON! DO NOT BUY!

    The tv has a great picture and sound when it’s not blinks in and out. But I called BeT Buy and they are scheduled to bring out a new next week.

    Picked up 12/11/19 from Best Buy. Turned it on today, 1/27/20 and screen is whitish grey with a different shade of a couple vertical bars on it. Had loved the TV 46 days. The love is gone. Think I got a lemon. I suggest you get the Best Buy add on warranty if you purchase this. I wish I had now. Best Buy return window closed 12 days ago for me. :(
