    Just bought this one on Black Friday and I have a white snowy screen today. Tried to unplug the tv did every thing but nothing except white screen. Please don’t buy this. I had Samsung for 9’years and never had any problem. This is not only cheap by price but also cheap quality too.

    I have NEVER EVER HAD A TV SO SLOW!!!!! OMGOSH I have to constantly unplug and wait then plug it back in if I go two days without using it!!!! Watching Netflix and all of a sudden it decided to update something Has a good picture most of this time.

    Bought it on Black Friday and broke in less than 3 weeks! TV now just has a grey screen with some lines going down it. Never had a TV die in less than a month. Appears others are having the same issue.Hopefully, Hisense will be replacing with a better model.

    Well screen went white and then black. Can hear but no picture. Had lots of issues before but chose to ignore because it was such a good picture. Cheap. Initially great! Buyer beware!!

    Bought in the Black Friday sales, delivered early December. White line down the center of the screen on March 10, followed closely by a wider line and then the picture went entirely. Having difficulty working with Hisense on the warranty issues, they are not offering a replacement TV or replacement cost. Emailed requested photo of scratched of serial # on March 13, told 11 days later that it was not "scratched off" enough! Frustrating, a total waste of my time and effort.

    I bought this tv on black Friday. great price. when I got home, set it up, it ran an update, powered off then on, and then it had a black line running down the tv screen!! I was soo disappointed!!. I returned it to best buy the next day and they were all sold out. Not a very good experience for me. So I wouldn't purchase it again!

    TV is OK for the price, but it seems Hisense quality is really bad, my TV panel went Gray with vertical lines less than two months of the purchase! This is not an isolated event, read the reviews, there are many who went had the same issue shortly after purchasing it. Now I have to go through the hassle of sending it back and hope for it to be fixed. No more Hisense for me.

    This is the absolute worst TV ever made brand new out of the box it wouldn’t connect to the WiFi and then when I finally get to connect I can’t even get threw a 30 minute tv program, not to mention this is the second TV I had to return the first one for the exact same reason.

    I wish I could give this 0 stars. Bought this TV at the very beginning of December and by March we had a thick white line going down our screen. We never dropped it, never moved it, never had it serviced, NOTHING. Went to turn it on one morning and it was there and nothing is helping it to go away.

    I've had this tv for less than 3 months and the screen no longer works. It started as a grey vertical line and now the screen is just grey lines. not even worth the black friday price.

    My brother and I bought this tv for our mother for Christmas on Dec 10 2019 and on Jan 28 2020 the screen is black and jumping. I think this is quite ridiculous. I will think twice before I buy another Hisense TV.

    Owned this TV since the 29th of November 2019 and by 21st of March 2020 the LCD screen is already failing and showing vertical line as you can see on the left side of the screen.

    I got a great deal on Black Friday and spent less than $400 on this 65” LED smart tv which was an amazing deal because that price included 2 years of Geek Squad protection, haul away of my old 70” projection tv, and fast delivery. I love that it doesn’t really have a trim around it like most TV’s. It has a great clear picture and I love the APPs it came installed with because there must be thousands of free movies and shows that are or were popular and I don’t have to pay to be able to watch them. I also love that it has chrome cast and that I can control it with my Google Home mini. The remote is awesome because you can talk into it to watch what you want or even ask it questions because the tv has Google Assistant built in. The only negative thing is my son dropped the remote on our tile floor so many times we can no longer use the google assistant. I also love that the remote has buttons that automatically take you to YouTube, Vudu, etc. it also has great sound and the volume goes higher than any other tv I ever had. Like I think it goes up to 100 but I never have to raise it higher than 10 and even at that level it’s really loud. The other negative is that sometimes it freezes and I have to u plug it and plug it back in to get it back working. But you get what you pay for, but for what I spent it really is a great tv and I’m more than glad I purchased it!
