Bought two of these during the Black Friday sale, one for myself and one as a gift for my son. I wasn’t expecting it to be such a great television. Had the Geek Squad deliver them and set them up. Color and graphics are great. Sound quality is amazing. Apps are smooth and hassle free. No snags or delays with internet. Chromecast works well. My son uses it for gaming and loves it as well. The remote does work the basics with our Direct TV, but the menu and recording options are better on the DTV remote. We don’t watch a lot of live TV though, so it’s not a problem for us. This has definitely been my favorite purchase of the season.

Overall a good size and features for the budget pricing. It does well on a number of things including the picture quality, the enhancements with Dolby Vision and the arc surround sound. The operating system however crashes on occasion when running simple tasks such as watching a video on YouTube and also when watching videos on Netflix but these are only slightly occasion, I recommend if you start to experience this to just unplug the TV and plug it back in. The TV performs well Based on it’s price and availability.

Bought this tv as a Black Friday doorbuster since the price couldn’t be beat for the size. Picture quality is great but the audio is a little lacking. We use a sound bar though so that is quickly fixed. Chromecast works great and makes all your apps accessible from the home screen which we love. Had an issue a few weeks in where the screen went black but we were able to easily get it replaced. Other than that it’s a great tv

This is our first time owning a smart TV. Overall not too many complaints. The one thing that bothers me is that it doesn’t seem to turn off, it’s always on stand by even when you power off. So this makes the apps run slowly, I often have to unplug and plug the tv back in. It makes no sense! But a 65” smart TV for this cost is unbeatable. Once you do unplug and plug it back in it runs great.

Initially I expected this TV to not be the best because it was a door buster at a good price but I was fine with it not being compatible with everything possibly or having limited ports, but I was very wrong this TV is awesome is google powered built-in Chromecast you can enable Alexa and Bluetooth speakers can be connected as all of the features that you could need! And a great picture with a great price!

I'm not going to try and say that this is the best TV out there, but it certainly is a great TV for the average person. Picture quality is good. Sound is good. Liked that it comes with chromecast built in. But really loved the bluetooth capability for wireless headphones, etc. We chose this TV because of the price (even cheaper than the much smaller TV we had been considering) and the Bluetooth. Happy on both fronts. I am a little annoyed that when it does the updates the TV just seems to freeze; it doesn't say "updating" or anything, so you just kind of panic and go what's wrong? for a minute before you realize it just must be updating. So some sort of onscreen notification or option or something would be nice. Also, be honest with yourself--is this TV the right size for your room? I think we might have gone overboard. I love it, but it is HUGE.

We could hardly believe the sale price on this TV was the same as the sale price on the 50" we got over a year ago. We had been considering upgrading the living room TV & when we saw this one on sale, well Merry Christmas To Us. :) The picture is beautiful with bright, crisp colors. The Picture Modes ensure we get a great viewing experience whether watching Sports or Movies. It's really handy to have Theatre Daytime when watching movies on a bright sunny day. Also are enjoying the Chromecast function. So easy to cast from my laptop or tablet to the TV. Streaming Pandora tunes is also very nice & convenient. Don't use Alexa much (for now) except to power off TV. All in all, very very happy with our purchase. Friends & family who visit are amazed by our bigscreen TV for a fabulous price & are looking at HiSense for their next purchase.

Why 5 Star if is not perfect ? I compared Head to Head with my $1000 Samsung TV and images quality on this one is better . The picture quality is fantastic the sound is good but the Android operating system is a little slow and unresponsive Google home and Alexa didn't work every time .. easy fix for that I order fire TV stick with a fire recast and now the TV is faster and ultral responsive

If you want a crisp clear screen to watch high quality movies on at a low cost, then this is the TV for you! I purchased this TV with some reluctance due to reviews about lagging and software issues, with a little research I was able to rectify that issue. Upon setting up the TV, I turned a lot of the Background features/Extra Features off. The only thing I cared about was being able to watch my movies on this big screen without any issues. It did just that! The TV worked perfectly for movie watching. Also, I had no issues with any of the apps that came with the TV. I was also able to download my own apps on the TV. If you are considering this TV, it would be a great item for you!

Just picked up this 65” today and first impression is good. It is very light and easy to pick up. Picture and sound are what you’d expect. Set up was fast and easy and controller is easy to use. Anyone that complains is just being picky. Cant go wrong for the price paid on Black Friday weekend ($300) Wouldn’t pay full price for this tv tho. Wait for it to go back on special. The brand is questionable so im not sure how long it will last but its off to a good start

Bought this TV after Black Friday online at $379 Plus tax, then found price dropped to $349, called bestbuy, they matched the price and return $30. Picked up in the store. TV picture is so sharp, colorfully， sound is also great! The andriod system installed give a lot of app can be download to use, love that! 65” size is big enough for my living room about 10 feet watching distant, the Tv is also light, easy installed. strongly recommended this TV!

This was a good deal for $300. It isn’t a Samsung or an LG, this Hisense just doesn’t get THAT bright. For normal viewing though, it’s very nice. If the price goes back up around $400 or more, look for other options. I’ll be keeping this for a few years to use in the living room.

Hisense is a quality brand that's affordable. I have a 32in in camper, 55in in bedroom and now 65in in livingroom and love them all. The picture is unbelievable, I have suggested hisense to many friends and family.

Overall I can’t complain as I got this on a Black Friday deal for $299.99. The picture quality is amazing for the price, however the user interface does lag some. I would rate it 4.5 stars if I could. Also, the memory for stored apps isn’t very large. Once you get to 4-5 apps it will reach its capacity. However, in the world of devices like Apple TV, The Fire Stick and smart gaming consoles, you really don’t need the built in user interface at all which is why I’m not bothered by it. I stopped using the internal “smart” functions and use Apple TV 4K. If you want to take this route, I would highly recommend this TV.

Paid $299 it's a great tv for the price. The color and contrast are pretty good. I didn't like that it didn't have mira cast or the software to share your screen. And when you do an update you have to set up the tv all over again. But overall experience it's pretty good.

bought this during Black Friday. Must say that for the price- it’s amazing. Performs better than the LG 4K Tv downstairs. Great for gaming on the PS4 (Fortnite, etc). Must say though it says 120 refresh but it’s actually 60! Not so bad though!! 4K quality is pretty good too. only downside is the android system which does lag a bit but isn’t much of an issue.

Picture and sound are good. I have it hooked up to ethernet and watch Hulu and Amazon Prime. Hulu lags terribly, once I start a show it takes 1-2 minutes to get picture in sync with sound. If I rewind, same thing. This is every time, every show. I watch Hulu on my computer and never have any problem, so I have to assume it's the TV. Also frequently get a storage space error telling me to remove apps. None of the apps it came with are removable, and I don't want to remove the 2 apps (hulu, amazon prime) that I added, so I end up going down the line and disabling, clearing cache etc on the existing apps. Remote buttons are quite small and not particularly intuitive. I wish I had saved up for a better TV.

Got this tv on black Friday and we love it. Picture is great and 4k look amazing. The Google play and android TV is a great addition. You can watch you tube or download and app you want straight to the tv!

Let’s be real people, don’t complain because is not a big known name brand that you may not know. I bought this tv as a gift for my mom, let me tell you that for the price is pretty good. Picture is amazing while streaming movies/shows. People can’t believe I paid so little for it(early doorbuster deal) but hey, if you are worried about not working on the long run, they sell a in home protection plan, get it! Haha... anyways, I believe is a good buy so far. :)

We were lucky enough to get this at Best Buy's Black Friday price ($300). Expectations were set accordingly, and they were exceeded. Very easy set up, nice picture and decent sound at this price point.
