Great quality product with easy of use. Android makes it slow though

Unlike some of the other reviews, I actually like the sound quality of this TV a lot more than the Picture. This TV has good built in surround sound, I'm very surprised, the bass on the tv is ok. The Picture quality is good, about what I would expect for the price, which is very good. I gave this TV a 5 stars mostly for the good sound it has, for a TV that cost me $250.

I upgraded from a 55" to a 65" Hisense TV. Very happy. The quality and value of the TV plus the Best Buy customer service and free delivery put frosting on the cake. It's an Android TV so it takes a little getting used to. Not bad, just different

It's a decent enough TV. Hard to beat the price. Definitely looks nice if you're looking straight at it, but can wash out if you're viewing at an angle. Our unit also has pretty poor grey and black uniformity, so there's some spots along the edges that can look less than great if you're watching a very dark or very bright scene.

Excellent TV for the price. We've only had it a few weeks and are still figuring everything out (this is our first Smart TV). Only issue is trying to prevent the automatic sound selection (it changes according to what you are watching). Nothing bad, but would like to figure out how to turn it off and on. Very happy with this purchase.

i love my tv! it is very user friendly and at was my biggest concern. i hadn’t owned a tv in years, but purchased it for my new house and when i tell you anyone can use it! anyone can use it. such a simple tv with great quality.

The picture quality is great but as far as sound goes-Meh! You should really buy a sound bar or a surround sound amplifier. The remote control is a major disappointment. You have to use a Vulcan death grip on the buttons to enter any information or get the apps to respond

Great value for a budget smart TV. Its pictures look good with deep contrast and great upscaling, you’ll need a sound bar or something for sound, because speakers on the tv are shi$$y. I’m no TV expert or anything, I’m just saying it looks great and fit my needs. You'll find better TVs if you're willing to spend a bit more of course.

Great Picture! Very clear. And for the price it was a steal

Never had this brand of TV, but the price was great for it. I am impressed on how good of a quality TV this is. No issues thus far and picture is awesome. Purchased for my game room, but decided to put in living area for everyone. Worth it.

Can lag a bit but otherwise an amazing tv and high quality

This TV is slim and not too heavy, perfect for mounting on the wall. The screen is practically edge to edge, and the picture quality is very crisp and vivid. Easy to navigate the menu's and settings as well. Very satisfied with this purchase.

First time I bought this brand only reason I got it is because it was on sale, so far image is good, sound decent, but I never like android on TVs, I this is the case, lags on the apps, some times you can even turn off the tv, the remote will stop working sometimes as well.

Bought it for Black Friday. Nice picture but the sound is way too loud at the default settings. Netflix etc will start at 100% volume. I would suggest using a sound bar as the sound is very temperamental. No way to lower the default sound as apps control it by default. Also not happy with it sending screenshots to servers in China.

We got this tv for a great price on Black Friday 2020. For the most part the tv has been a welcomed purchase with a few negative things that would be an issue if we paid full price for it.. First of all it has a very nice picture and sound for a budget tv. One thing that was very annoying was that there is no program guide built in and it won’t even work with any of the Android program guide apps. A call to Hisense technical support confirmed that the TV will not be compatible with any Android program guide apps at all. It does display what is on the current channel when you tune to one but no EPG to use. Secondly, it occasionally switches picture modes without prompting and it will constantly display the picture mode switches in the upper right corner. Only time will tell if this tv will last. For the Black Friday price of 249 it is a decent tv with decent performance but I would never pay the full price for this tv.

good large screen TV. bought black friday sale, excellent for price paid and is a good tv given its size. This is not as good as many top brand TVs but has a good picture. I am not certain if I like android on TV but for those looking for smart TV this has features but I suspect a Roku smart tv would be better for many people

Decent TV for the price, good quality and great price!

I went from having a 50 inch to a 65. Best choice I have ever made! It has an amazing picture and it is so easy to use!! The only thing I do not like its how wobbly it is. The stands could be a little more sturdy for such a big TV.
