Excellent smart TV for the price, bought it for my Bedroom during the Black Friday sale. This 65 inch Hisense TV does what every smart TV should do at an unbeatable price so am very happy with my purchase

Overall, the tv has been good. No complaints about the picture and sound quality. There have been times where it takes what seems like longer than normal to turn on, move around in the home screen, and start an app. It isn’t terrible, but there are some delays (30 seconds - 1 minute).

Took weeks to get this delivered! They cancelled on me several times and even called me at 5am to give me dead air and some guys in the background speaking in some foreign tongue. That said, the TV is pretty decent. Picture quality is neither great, nor poor. It looks good it sounds decent though the built in speakers aren't used. Good TV in general save for two issues; 1: The OS crashes or needs the TV to be reset every so often for some various issue -- basically it's buggy and the having to do resets and setup everything again is very annoying. 2: The processing power is not up to snuff and jumping between apps is very sluggish and even running some basic TV games like Pac-Man experience considerable slowdown. If not for those detrimental issues I would have given 4 stars.

This tv has an awesome picture and was very easy to set up. The only downside to this tv is the sound. I already had a sound bar so the sound wasn't an issue for me. All in all this was a very good purchase.

The 65 inch TV has a very good picture and sound being a smart TV it is so easy to access all your favorite apps and also your phone connect to your TV which makes good to watch videos with the family.

We love this 4 K HD Television. The color is vivid & make watching movies or playing the playstation 5 video games well worth it! Looking forward to getting another one for the bedroom

Great quality and picture for the price. Easy to navigate. Only negative is that it keeps telling me I’m running out of space, when I really haven’t downloaded anything. Lots of preloaded apps.

I was sure at first because of name because of brand being hisense but I am so impressed with the 4k definition and the sound and easy as your android phone to use I would definitely recommend.

Spontaneously walked in BEST BUY,m while waiting for an appointment next door. I purchased a couple of small items. I heard my boyfriend's voice calling my name, he was looking at TV's. We walked out, scheduled to return the next morning to pick up a 65" TV that was marked down because it was an "OPEN BOX " Floor display. WOW! What a super deal. Perfect size, beautiful picture quality and sound. Very pleased with it and need to mention that the sale person was one of the best we have experienced at any BEST BUY. Don't remember his name, one day I will walk in and mention this to his supervisor. Thank you for all the information about a brand we were not familiar with.

I will have this TV for a full year next month and honestly it has been rather disappointing. The picture and sound are very good so no complaints there but the TV is a bit laggy and glitchy. Sometimes the tv will randomly Freeze up causing me to have to unplug the TV and sometimes it will randomly restart itself, it’s rather frustrating when your watching something and then it cuts off on you. The most frustrating part is when it gets laggy and glitchy. It doesn’t happen all the time but enough to not consider buying another TV this brand offers in the future.

Probably the best $250 i have spent in a while. I bought this and another black friday TCL from another retailer for around the same price. The TCL has horrible vertical banding nearly 8 inches wide on either side. This hisense is slightly less in features but panel is so much better. Sound is also very nice which I did not expect. I was debating getting a sound bar but for my casual use, this was way more than adequate. Android is a bit laggy compared to the same android TCL but bearable. Seamless Google Home integration. So darn convenient having my google turn this tv on and off and play my youtube channels etc. Overall very satisfied, can't ask for much more for this price point.

For the price, this was a bargain!! Don’t know anywhere else you could purchase a decent, 65” TV for just over $400/tax included!! Lots of options and easy to use!! Thank you Best Buy!!!

Its a good looking tv for the price of 250 but it is lags like crazy. There are some occasions where i cant even turn the tv off so i have to unplug it.

Tv picture is great! Especially for the price. But I’d recommend using a fire stick for streaming. Yes the tv has all the apps you’ll need but both of our TVs would run super slow or freeze. But runs amazing with a fire stick.

Love this TV! Picture is as good or better than my LG and Samsung. The set up is super simple, takes less than 5 minutes. I bought the 75", then two weeks later bought a 65". Love both!

Big screen and great price at 250 for black friday. The operating system is better on this version and more responsive than the previous model last year. Good picture quality and no lag.

Brought this tv to update an older TV I had. Price was to good to pass up for the size. Figured I would chance it. And so far it has been well worth it. Picture quality is good. The only thing I dislike is the massive remote. Feels like I could use it as a weapon.

I got it around BF sale for $249 and worth every penny, especially since I upgraded from an 2012 LED TV. PQ is amazing, no complains. There seemed to be a 1 second delay between pressing any button on the remote to the action taking place. That annoyed me a bit

I was hesitant to buy this tv as I’d never purchased a Hisense tv. This is a budget tv but it is really nice and is an upgrade from any 1080p tv. I have an older (2015) 4K tv and at the time it was considered a great tv. This Hisense looks much better, brighter and deeper colors and the apps load quickly. That is something I didn’t think mattered but after using it and going back to my old tv, it’s frustrating dealing with how slow the apps load. Plus, I love that this is an Android tv. I can download almost any TV app. If you’re looking for a budget tv and are wondering is this one is worth it, I think it is.

Purchased during BF deals , got it a very reasonable rate , The shipping was smooth from Best Buy !! Pros : Cost , Value for the money you pay for 65 " 4K Ease of Use 4GB internal memory enough to download APPS No need for streaming sticks such as Roku , Fire Built in Chromecast , helps in connecting laptop , and other devices wirelessly . Cons : 1) automatic content recognition is still learning , i could see the picture mode getting changed in the middle of the show/program , yesterday was watching Taylor swift folklore concert album on disney plus , the mode changed to "food source" , this is annoying .. i am hoping there will be future updates which may offer more stability to this technology.
