    The TV worked perfectly the first week. The following week when we turned the TV on the screen was screwy. We had to turn TV on and off several times to get it to work properly. We didn't return the TV due to the poor return policy with Best Buy. They were going to give us a refund of the TV minus depreciation whixh is nonsense since the TV was just over a week old. The color is very nice. The picture is very clear. I learned my lesson to purchase big ticket item's from Best Buy. I now buy from Wally work aka Wal-Mart

    The tv is great. Nice and clear definition. Easy to navigate Home Screen. The price was amazing we got it on sale. I don’t know if it’s the tv but it’s slow to connect to the internet.

    Great picture and smooth operations. My tv frequently loses the ability to cast which causes me to have to unplug for 10 seconds. This usually fixes the issue. Great for the price

    Good picture, but volume goes up and down on its own. Called company and they walked me through settings, but it still didn’t work. Besides that I like everything else about the tv

    I love the TV. However, because this isn’t a Roku version and it’s an android. There is many flaws, first the TV constantly says “ out of memory” which is very common in Android devices. A lot of the time when I play shows through streaming Devices it black screens and I have to back and and play again for it to register. Another thing that scared me was the fact that it didn’t want to turn on for some reason, which seems common in android Hisense Tv’s. Otherwise the TV is great when you don’t run into these issues.

    We are having issues with this tv - it will just randomly shut off at unexpected times. It also locks up periodically and the only way to get it to work again is to unplug it and plug it back in. Anytime we watch anything on Hulu, the sound and video do not sync so you have to rewind it a bit and then hit play again until they do. The picture is nice and we have never had a tv this big, but I expected more from a brand new tv.

    Nice picture quality and sound although it does freeze alot more than it should has a lot of glitches. Apps malfunction every so often.

    Pros: Amazing image, crisp sound Cons: Slow to start up, this TV takes forever to start-up and if you turn the tv off while in an app, it takes even longer to get going. There are also times that it just can't TV and freezes to the point that I have to unplug and plug it back in. low storage capacity. I constantly get a request to delete apps since there is no space which sucks. It only has 4GB of space so you constantly have to clear cache or disable apps. This was not in the specs and is a painpoint.

    The tv was ok at first, but two years later, you can not get the thing to turn on. It’s really slow when it is on also.

    Great TV. 4K is very clear and crisp I use it for gaming And settings are great for that. Android TV works great.

    This TV has many options. It has a beautiful display and good sound. It’s a little bit slower than expected when switching apps and channels but still a really good TV for the price.

    Picture quality is just fine. Sound could be better but we paired ours with a sound bar and it's better. You probably have to adjust the factory settings to get the best sound.

    I bought this TV during the Black Friday deals. Initially I was reluctant because I've never owned anything made by Hisense but I am glad that I got it! This is a great TV for the price I paid! Great picture quality and great sound quality. The only thing I have a (small) complaint about is that there is a lag in reaction time when I push a button on the remote. But, like I said before, for the price I paid and the quality I'm getting, I can live with a little lag!

    I cannot believe that I was able to get that bargain. For $250 who can beat that? That tv is spectacular. Picture and audio is second to none. Brilliant color, sound and countless apps. Looking forward to purchasing at least 3 more.
