Quick setup and multiple streaming apps already installed . Great deal on a solid 65". Sturdy but light enough to be easily set up. Pick up at store was a breeze even though it was the black friday rush. Best Buy always is my go to for electronics and appliances.

Best TV purchase EVER!

I drove an hour and a half to pick it up but it's definitely worth it, it's a great TV! It has everything i could possibly want and need, I seen this was on sale just before Christmas for around 400$ and that's still a very good deal for this TV! Definitely recommend

Purchased a LG WebOS TV around the same time and do not have the same issues. The one positive thing is the availability of apps but the problems makes having all those available apps mute

The color is vibrant and the volume is loud enough that I do not need to hook up my surround soundbar to this television. For the price I paid, which was $249.00 plus tax, I really hope that this television lasts a long time.

I have had it freeze a couple times where you have to unplug from power to reset. I am not a huge fan of the Android TV platform but you can either hook up a firestick, Roku, or Apple TV and problem solved. For the cost, I would buy again. Picture quality is fine in my opinion. Unless you're an eagle eye and want to spend thousands on a TV, this was a decent purchase.

The wifi also lags quite a bit and the picture isn't as vibrant, even when updating the picture settings. It's annoying but given the price and size It's fine for what it is.

We're sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the television only being able to be controlled by the remote and the unit lagging. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
