The apps lag but other then that its great clear and goes great with my surround sound

Bought this during Black Friday at a Great Price. I have been using it for the last 6 months. I first had troubles with Chromecast built-in. But I later noticed that it was because of the VPN app on my mobile device. It is sometimes slow to respond but acceptable. I am happy that I bought it. Do not need to pay ridiculous amounts if you are not looking for extreme insane quality

Absolutely love this TV so far. Great picture and sound for the money. Well done Hisense!!! Android platform is good not great to me they are all basically the same. Also bought the tcl 625 and as of right now would of preferred another Hisense H65 instead slow blurred overpriced 625.

The price on this is pretty incredible. The Smart features are a little bit on the slow side, but the color brightness and accuracy are far better than I expected for the price. It won't outperform a $1500 Sony by any means, but if you need an extra screen in the garage, this is a great value. Definitely use external speakers, though.

Still the best value in 4k televisions I've ever come across. I snagged one of these for $249 almost exactly two years ago, and I've only ever seen one other 65" TV at that price point over the past two years, and it was definitely an inferior display. Don't get me wrong, this TV has lifted blacks, inaccurate colors, and intense tearing & ghosting during gaming, but it's still an incredible value. If you need a display that requires inky blacks, super bright colors that pop, and incredible sound, you might want to buy a Neo QLED for literally 10x the price. After two years, I've had zero display, software, or firmware issues, and Hisense's QC seemed to have passed the test. Best budget 65" TV on the market.

Don’t use the android smart tv features built into the tv. Simply buy a firestick 4K and you don’t have to worry about lagging or software glitches. Simply use this tv as a monitor and it’s picture is outstanding and the sound is outstanding. At this price point this tv is a amazing.

Good purchase for the price. It is a decent brand and has a good picture.

Had a problem with the first one but Best Buy stepped up and brought me a replacement quickly. The picture is amazing. Sound and processor speed are also incredible. The price was great but then got better when it went on sale the next week and I was refunded the difference.

I bought this during the black friday deal. It was a steal at the price. It is decent display for its price range. I have not used Android TV much but it is simple enough and the built in chromecast launches content decently fast. The sound is something to be desired but this is usually the case for most speakers built into a television. Overall, I'd say I'm happy with the purchase.

4 stars because for the price it was definitely good (Black Friday Sale). Hate that when you are on some of the apps such as YouTube, it doesn't turn off once you turn off the TV -- it just pauses it for you. Weird. And in order to download apps to this TV you must have or create Google Account for the google play store. Also inconvenient. Volume is good... even at 1, its pretty loud.

Got tv for Black Friday price so that is a plus for me. Great picture quality.

This is a nice TV with a great picture. The only issue is that sometimes, being a Smart Tv, it freezes or just totally goes black and not even unplugging it will fix the issue. It seems to just fix itself when it wants to. The TV is okay for the price but I probably wouldn't buy this brand again.

These TVs just don't last. They are riddled with issues which all decrease the overall longevity. Moderate use will lead to maybe 2-3 years, just outside their 1 year warranty. I've have one that had a power supply fail, another that had internal memory fill and left it unable to turn on to rectify the problem and have heard of several other issues from various friends and associates. Customer support is outsourced to India where they tell you there is nothing they can do and that they are not responsible. Strongly recommend spending another $100 or so for a quality brand and saving yourself the time, money and headache.
