    Amazing picture especially at the Black Friday price! It took some getting used to the android platform, but now we move through with ease. Only negative is the sound changes on different channels without asking permission.

    I bought this TV on sale for $250 and at that price it is a great TV. I would be hesitant to recommend it at the full price of $500 only because on a black screen there are some light areas in the corners or near the edge.

    Although it was a good price, there's a reason that they say, "you get what you pay for". It does the job, nice colors, the random volume changes are a nuisance. There's a reason my next TV will be a Samsung.

    Have only had this TV for about a month and I'm already having problems. So far, I mostly only watch Hulu on it and it freezes. The video will freeze but the voices will still be playing and I would have to rewind it to get back to working. I have also had it freeze and not let me use the remote to do anything. At that point I had to unplugg the TV and then plug it back up to get it to work. I've done that a few times now. And just about everyday I turn it on it says it needs to run an update. The price was low so I guess I got what I paid for.

    Good price for a decent Black Friday tv. Decent picture and apps work fine. No problems whatsoever. Using fire tv with it now however. Seems to have quite a bit of glare but could just be my room’s light configuration.

    For the price I got my TV, it was well worth it! Didn’t need a roku remote for all my apps. I did curbside pick up and didn’t have to wait long. Associates were very helpful and made sure I didn’t put it on its screen.

    Really surprised at the quality. I got this television on the Black Friday sale. I have family with Hisense televisions and there have never been any complaints. Nice picture and quality construction. Nice product.

    This TV was a great value. Too good to be true unfortunately. Locks up almost daily and has to have a complete power off reset (although settings are saved).

    Absolute trash. From day 1 it would randomly freeze all the time. Worst tv I’ve ever gotten. Not surprised though since it’s an Android TV. Terrible mistake

    2 stars. Television is 8 months old and I fear It may be on the last leg. Television turns off by itself and sometimes I have to turn on and off 3 or 4 times just to get a picture to show up. No issues with the sound just the picture. Sound quality is pretty good. As far as the smart tv option I dont use it. The TV is so painfully slow and freezes all together that the smart function is basically useless. I did however buy a seperate Roku device and hooked it to the unit and that is working fine. 2 stars because of the super slow "smart" functionality and reoccurring picture problems.

    Tv has great picture and overall worth the price. It was easy to purchase online and they got me in and out when we picked it up. Brought it right out to the truck and helped load it as well. Thanks best buy!

    Great budget TV for an office, bedroom, or den. The Android OS works reasonably well, but I run a Roku with it instead. The onboard wifi chip isn't great on it, so I occasionally get buffering on 4K content whereas I don't have that issue at all on the Roku 4K streaming stick.

    For the price and for size was great. Took a 2 Star off because I get errors once in a while needing a restart as well unresponsive requiring unpluging the TV from power to get to work.. Also, some occasional shutdown.

    Very impressed with the features and picture on this TV. Google Assistant feature especially. Plenty of ports for connecting all of my components and monitors. This was a great buy.

    What a deal!! You can’t go wrong with this TV. This is the second Hisense in our home. I also bought a Samsung at the same time, the picture quality on both are equal. The sound on the hisense is superior.

    The interface is so slow, and keeps freezing causing me to have to unplug the whole unit to get things going again. Picture quality is great and the value is good. Hope they fix the interface.
