It's a big screen. I can see the fine print. It is always telling me something is wrong. Please try again later. I've looked up the error on the internet, but I still can't figure out how to update it. I used to be able to watch Paramount + on this TV. Still can on every other TV in my house. Just not this one. The error code I get doesn't tell me how to update the TV. I still get Netflix and HBO Max though.

Love my new TV that I mounted over the fireplace. The sound and picture is high quality. Enjoying the ease of all the apps automatically loaded.

I purchased this TV in November of 2020. It started having issues freezing and not responding not long after purchase. However, I over looked these problems because of the size of the TV and because I didn’t want to miss watching sports on a brand nee big screen. With that being said the day has come where I just have to sell it because the freezing and unresponsiveness is just unbearable. My wife and children literally hate this tv because it’s freezes, it cut off out of nowhere, it’s unresponsive at times when you’re pushing buttons. We’ve updated time-and-time again; we’ve also deleted apps just in case storage was causing the problem but nothing worked. To use the TV with the least amount of interruptions, we unplug it for about 10 seconds before using it. If you’re looking for a TV to use regularly I highly recommend you pick another TV.

The 65 inch was a bargain the brand and the value. I'm happy with clarity and sound. I'd recommend to other customers and family and friends

Bought while out getting gifts for the family. I didnt need a new tv but a 65" for $399 I couldn't pass it up. The sound quality is very good.

Hisense 65” LED 4K is awesome!!! I love that I have a bigger tv and the clarity of the picture is amazing.. love it so much thank you Best Buy.

For the price ingot it can't complain. My only beef is that like most android devices it crashes when using some apps like crunchyroll. I usually use my Xbox instead to watch things to avoid the issue.

Got this TV at an amazing price. Great except for a few dead pixels, it is awesome. I can't be bordered to take it back down because of this.

Picked this TV up the Saturday after Black Friday. Honestly it exceeds my expectations completely. It is a great tv with a beautiful picture.

My toddler broke my parents old tv. I thought hisense was ok but it’s actually good. Parents like it and will buy again.

Great picture, sound and size. It has Alexa easy to use remote. I was lucky enough to get it as deal of the day so it was a super price.

My son loves his apple 6 gps watch . Easy set up and screen is nice size. I also bought 65in tv clear pic and comes with alot of apps

I just love my new 65 inch android Hisense smart TV. It was easy to set up and control. Also it was on sale. So I grabbed it quickly.
