This tv literally makes every person bright orange. The picture is terrible. I would not recommend it. I reset the picture and changed the settings multiple times and nothing helps.

Tv with dead pixel with 29 days of use. Called hisense they said it is covered but they asked for pictures of the tv on serial number and the receipt.

Android TV is the best smart tv platform, in my opinion. 4 star because chromecast isn't always available, and doesn't function as a real one would. Have to reboot tv to fix, or open the same app on the tv, like youtube, to see cast option from mobile. Also, casting netflix from mobile with a different account than the one on the tv is blocked by netflix. But at this price point with Android TV built in, still a win. Great picture. Yes, there are two locations for leg feet stand placement, contrary to specs and hisense's incorrectly answered questions here (26" or 47").

Love the Size of the TV but it has never really worked as well as advertised. Would definitely steer away anyone wondering. Too many malfunctions to give a positive review. But if you’re on a budget you can make it work

Pro: black Friday price was right, easy to set up (especially if you have an android phone), good general purpose tv if you are not looking for the highest of tech specs, especially for the money. HDMI inputs and power cord is on the side and easily accessible.
Cons: ok, I'm gonna get very nitpicky here. This is an Android TV so there are going to be times you want to just turn the TV on but you are forced to update the software which takes about 5 minutes. Also, it may freeze or lock up which requires unplugging and restarting. Because it is an android TV, only apps that are available on Google Play are available so no AppleTV. Last nitpick is the space for the mounting bracket is located lower on the back of the TV than most so if you are replacing a previously mounted TV, is going to be higher than the previous one.
Overall: a great TV for the price. Minor nitpicks can cause mild frustration.

Well built, excellent picture and sound quality for price range. But only lasted 15 months
Android TV platform was not that great. It was buggy and made TV set slow and unresponsive most of the times. Also hated there was not enough free internal storage, less than a couple of gb and that quickly run out and cause more problems
After 15 months of use TV stopped connecting to Wifi and started throwing internal storage full errors. Factory Reset did not work and eventually TV stopped responding completely (no longer wakes up)
Hisense will not support once TV is out of warranty so don't rely on that. This was my first TV from Hisense and I may not choose this brand again because of my bad experience with getting support.

You get what you pay for....

This TV is awful - you get what you pay for. The power button on the remote stopped working a year ago and this seems to be a common problem with these TVs. I worked with Hisense and went through all the proper steps to upgrade my TV assuming it was a bug or glitch. I completed a full software upgrade and reset the TV erasing all data. It still does not help. All functions on the remote work except the power button. You can still manually turn the TV on with the switch underneath the TV, so it is still functional. Also, the operating system is very slow. HULU continually crashes and while watching movies on other streaming apps it will randomly turn off and take you back to the home page. I always clear my cache to ensure enough memory and only download the bare minimum number of apps to ensure plenty of free storage. This still does not solve the issue. Hisense support is hard to deal with and you are unable to talk with a live technician. I will never buy another Hisense TV again. The old saying holds true, "You get what you pay for."

Absolutely beautiful. I am loving finally being a part of the 4K evolution. The picture is just stunning in my opinion. Sure, some of the WAY more expensive options might look slightly better, but you can’t beat the value on this thing. I paid 499.99 for it, but then they marked it down to 399.99, and supposedly I will be getting that 100 bucks back through the price match program(although that remains to be seen, I’ve called about it twice and both times they told me to watch my email for confirmation and I still haven’t seen the email yet, which sucks, but that’s not the TV’s fault). This thing is also super light, I couldn’t believe it. Still would recommend the buddy system for getting it installed onto the wall mount, but it’s light enough that you shouldn’t need to be very concerned about your wall mount having a high enough weight capacity. It weighs less than 40lb. Also, the android tv works great, pretty straightforward. Was able to start watching streaming content from the get go with no problems. Get yourself one if you’re looking to get a nice tv with getting raked over the coals on the price.

It's a great TV for $250. I returned the 55 inch TCL and stuck with this. It's brighter and the sound is pretty good. I also bought a cheap soundbar with it and i'm contemplating the soundbar. Didn't make a big difference. The OS is buggy and lags. Then i try to play WMA movie(1080p) with VLC player with bad results.. This is good for Movies via streaming and that's about it. I hope future firmware will add more value to great TV. I

Got this back during the Black Friday sales. Missed out getting one for 3 straight days and then got lucky on Saturday.
PROS: Excellent picture and color. Excellent value , especially if you got it for $250. Very loud and decent speakers, no need to add a sound bar. Android TV is nice.
CONS: You have to spend a lot of time adjusting the color and picture to your liking. Out of the box the colors are not calibrated. And you have to play with all the display settings. Takes awhile but you can get a solid picture.
Sometimes, when you hit the remote to power off the TV, it will pop-up with an Android TV message "Do you want to power off? Press yes or cancel" .. Which is a bit of an annoyance.
All and all, This is a terrific value. Just have to spend some time adjusting the picture.

This is a solid tv at the deal price under $300. Being an android tv I now understand the shortcomings vs more traditional smart tvs. There is a very noticeable lag when the tv is turned on and you begin to switch between the available apps and inputs. We have gigabit internet and the device is on wifi and occasionally there is significant buffering when streaming from the tv. There is also the occasional audio lag when pairing bluetooth with the Bose speaker. The built in speaker on the tv is actually not too bad, it is not great but is pretty solid if you dont have additional sound output options. The picture quality is pretty even nothing appears to bright or too dark and i haven't experienced any hyper realized imagery even with 4k inputs and media.

I like this TV a lot. You definitely need to buy a memory card with it because it has very little memory and runs out quickly. Also we have to reset it every couple of weeks because it gets wonky or won't turn on.

Hisense is making some great TV's these days. This one in particular provides a nice 4k HDR picture that rivals more expensive panels from brands like Samsung, LG, and Sony. I really enjoy the the Android TV interface. It can access all the streaming services and apps I use, and it does a fantastic job of organizing and displaying content options, so you fan find what you want to watch faster. The processor running and Android TV OS isn't the most blazing fast (I think this is one area where the cost savings are passed onto the consumer) but it gets the job done, and if you are using an external streaming box/stick like a Roku or Amazon Fire TV, that completely negates that issue.

So I was on a hunt for a budget TV after an wall mounting blunder that left my old set broken. It was a Mini-LED Hisense TV that I was extremely happy with so I figured it was worth taking a chance on this one and it did not disappoint. I picked this up an incredible price of $250 with Free delivery. I honestly can't imagine Best Buy turning a profit when you factor in the delivery team they paid to bring it inside and place it the room I set it up in. Either way, Hisense makes a variety of quality products and this is no different. This is my second TV made by Hisense and it destroys anything the competition has at the price I paid.
