    Started Having Issues Within a Week

    The TV looks great -- when it's working. In less than two months, it started freezing, blacking out and having other issues. I reached out to Hisense support in hopes that this is just an easy software fix or a bad unit in need of replacement.

      Hello Jax, Thank you for your interest in the 65H6510G. We're sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your television blacking out and freezing up. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
