    Bad experience with Hisense

    Not a good experience with the 65" Hisense TV. I have had this TV just over a month now. I bought it as a gift for the family for Christmas. In the last couple weeks it just shut down on its own in the middle of a show. It froze up completely in the middle of a movie and the only way to fix it was to unplug the TV. Yesterday I turned it on and all I got was a grey screen, totally froze up again. So I had to unplug it for 5 minutes and plug it back in. I am currently trying to return the TV. I am a week past my return date, so we will see what happens.

    the TV start having problems after one year, and it doesn't have enough memory for the required tasks, sometimes it just froze

    Backlight Bleed for Days!

    I’m really struggling with this review. The tv looks great at times, but the backlight bleed is really making me not like the tv. I missed the return date so I can’t exchange or return it, and I wish I had. My eyes are drawn to the corners because the the bleed is so bright. We got my dad an insignia for Christmas and it was 50 bucks more and it has no bleed that I can see. I wish I would have spent the extra 50 bucks, but you live and you learn. I guess for 250 it’s good enough, but from other reviews I’ve seen maybe I got a bad unit. I don’t see too many complaints about backlight bleed compared to the number of good reviews. Maybe I’ll try contacting Hisense, but I’m not too happy.

    This tv turns on at random times. There is a really bad lag and it seems to get worse as I use it more. The tv has only froze up 3 times where I had to reset since it would not turn on at all.

    Don't recommend this TV one bit. You get what you pay for, for sure! If you're connecting through Apple TV, Dolby Vision doesn't work and my Apple TV can't sense it. Apple TV+ and some Disney+ movies automatically play in Dolby vision and it completely distorts the screen. My soundbar, a JBL Bar 2.1, is apparently not compatible through ARC with the television after going through 3 weeks of calls with Hisense figuring out why the audio output was defaulting to TV speakers and not allowing to change back to ARC unless unplugging and replugging the HDMI cord. Still has a decent quality of video, but doesn't outweigh the cons I provided.

    The TV has a good picture and sound however, it keeps freezing and we have to unplug it to get it to work again. I plan to call the company to try and figure out what we can do.

    Worked good for awhile. Constantly has to power clear as it would lock up and not turn in. Right after a year, it stopped turning in. Power clear does nothing. Will not buy this brand again.

    Had to return this TV because lines satretd to show up.in the corner of the screen. Another problem I had was with TV was the volume. It keeps going in and out. Also the apps kept.on freezing for some reason, very annoying.
