    This television is a great deal for the price and size. The android TV operating system is very intuitive (hope to improve with the big android tv update coming) and everything runs extremely fast.

    Great price for size and functionality but when my husband opened the box for Christmas the screen was cracked. When we took it back there was another customer returning the same TV. We chose to purchase another item instead.

    My dad really wanted a Hisense brand TV. He had one a few months ago that a grandson threw a ball into and broke. I was lucky to find a good deal on this TV, and my dad was super excited to get it.

    Though not top of the line, the 4k visuals on video games and movies are perfect for me. Noticeable difference from my previous television. Would highly recommend, especially at the bargain price.

    It was acting up within the first 6 months i called hisense and they had me do a reset its been flipping screens in the middle of shows

    Was working just fine for about a week then would randomly shut off and restart or just sit on the loading screen indefinitely. Took it in today to exchange for a Samsung

    Bought this tv back in Oct 2020, solely because of the price. I guess you get what you pay for. It constantly freezes up, as other customers have noted as well. Most times won't turn on after being off all day. I am constantly having to unplug the thing. The apps I have installed I cannot open, whereas it is no problem with my fire tv. I tried doing what the previous Hisense support team said and update it. It tells me I have the latest update so no what?

    I bought this for $250, I can clearly say it is great for the price, I don’t have other 4K tvs so I cannot comment on how this fares in comparison to other tvs

    This is an awesome tv for the price I paid, there is a Little light that bleeds around the edges when the screen is black, but you can’t see it when a picture is displayed.

    Love this TV and the black Friday price was excellent. My first Android tv and I highly recommend it. I dont see myself buying any future tvs that are not Android tv. Thank you Best Buy.

    I love this tv! My son wanted a new tv instead of a 55in I got him the 65in. He love it so much. Was standing outside of the store at 6:20am to get the tv. Glad I did first one in line.

    This TV is terrible. About 60 days after purchase, it started crashing and hasn't stopped. Apps consistently crash but don't on other devices. TV freezes and has to be unplugged in order for it to work again. I know its the brand. We have had Samsung and LG tvs in the past that lasted for many years. If the manufacturers didn't stop releasing updates on them, we'd still have em.

    It's ok but I was expecting a little better sometimes reviews are misleading this is one of those times. So I will keep it it work's for me but I could be happier it's no better than my 10 year old tv.

    Definitely worth the 250, 500 not so much. Wifi issues, have to sometimes reconnect but I got the 5 year protection so if it doesn't go away in the update, I'll make a claim

    Great value! I bought this for my mother and she loves it. After I set it up, I played some Xbox on it and surprisingly it is a great gaming tv. What a great purchase!

    Not a stellar TV. this television has long loading times to turn on and loading its apps. The TV looks great on the wall in my son's room. I bought this because it was cheap 4k smart TV.

    I have add this product for a few months. It keeps freezing. I give it a 2 because it's pretty inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

    Great price. Good options and layout. Volume is much better than my old Westinghouse. Would purchase again. Didn't expect a $1000 unit for 200 bucks so very satisfied.

    It’s ok.. the remote has a delay when selecting options and some times you have to push the buttons pretty hard and you have to point it directly at the television to get a response.
