I have higher quality TVs and this one wasn’t anywhere near close to those. I got it because it was on sale. But after a couple days I ended up returning it.

Black Friday Nightmare

TV was constantly freezing and had to be unplugged and plugged back in to get it to do anything. Then one day it just froze and never came back on. I will not be buying another Hisense television ever again.

Great TV for the price!

Avoid Hisense at all costs!

It wouldn’t turn on. Obviously I have experienced the same problem as other reviewers who had even shorter span of working TV. It’s funny to see how Hisense co refers to “certified technician” as it won’t bear any responsibility for defective product.

Frequent restarts.

If I pressed rewind while watching something on Netflix, when I would go back to press play it would not load to 100%. I'm super disappointed in technology. The tv would also restart while watching a show/movie.

Slow response to remote upon startup

My biggest issue is the slow response time when first turning on the TV. My TV takes about 10 mins (no joke) to start responding properly to the remote. Prior to this you could expect huge lags between pressing buttons on remote and getting a response from TV. This is very frustrating!!!! Image quality not the greatest but better than most other budget TVs out there. I wonder if my TV has malfunction or if the processor is just that slow to start up?

We sincerely apologize for the issue you are having with your television lagging and responding to the remote this is not a typical issue with our televisions. We can only imagine the frustration this has caused. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
