    I really like the TV its a cheap and big high definition TV. Got Alexa features which is a plus.

    This TV has been extremely painful to own. The picture is great but we have all kinds of issues with the picture freezing, having to unplug and plug back in to reset and the screen will simply go black and freeze up until reset.

    Don't really know how this TV is because Best Buy employees gave us a completely different model. The one we have is supposedly a stripped down version of the same tv but it works alright I guess. Android TV is buggy and sort of unorganized so it's probably better to just get a roku or something that actually shows your apps rather than focusing on "what to watch" type interfaces.

    Horrible Lag/Doesn’t load half the apps

    Size and picture is the only bonus of the TV. Lag is horrible, 2-3 seconds before any input does anything for the TV, not sure if this is something the Geek Squad protection covers? Scoured the internet for fixes but all they fix is the TV randomly blacking out, which it goes back to after a day or two.
