Do not recommend!!

I read a lot of reviews stating that the tv is great but I have had nothing but horrible outcomes with it. It restarts itself, plays with no audio and works when it wants to. I can’t seem to figure out these problems and I bought it under 6 months ago.

DON'T BUY FROM BESTBUY!

My apps are slow and almost always i have to mess with video by pausing, rewinding, or fast forwarding to make the sound and video sync up. mouth movement is off a lot of times. This TV also has needed to update mid show without warning. Trying to contact bestbuy about this has been AWFUL. Ive called the store i purchased this from and NO ONE will answer the phone. Went in person to a near by store and they wouldn't let us return it because of their ridiculous 15 day return policy. We've been questioning this exchange for a better TV for 15 days but have had it for 35 days now. Extremely disappointed that trying to discuss over the phone is impossible. When we did reach someone they hung up on us every single time. All we are trying to do is return a cheap TV for a better one. Still giving you our business and BestBuy is showing us they are a terrible business with zero respect for their customers.
