Posted .Hello Hisense Customer, Thank you for your interest in the 65H6510G. We're sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the sound and the television lagging. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Stay away

Purchased the TV in Oct 2020 and all was well until a few months ago and now. TV constantly freezes! Sometimes I’m able to turn the TV off and sometimes I’m not able to turn the TV on. I’m constantly having to unplug the TV to turn it off or on or stop the freezing . If you pause a show it will freeze the tv and the only way to fix it is to unplug it to restart it. I guess you get what you pay for ! Lesson learned. Stay away from this brand! Chrome cast definitely doesn’t work.
