    Nice picture and features but it’s terrible. We have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to connect to internet. It doesn’t connect to stream very well either.

    Worst product ever purchased. TV started restarting from week 1 and since then have been trying to contact Hisense customer care, but no response. Tried to find some troubleshooting steps online, but no luck

    Picture isss Horrible!!! If you are not watching anything in 4K you will be very disappointed. My 5 yr old Samsung has better picture and its only 1080P. Very disappointed... Do Not Buy!!! You get what you Pay For

    Bought brand new. The TV worked - sort of. It took 30+ seconds to load Netflix, Hulu, and even programs from the DVR. We could never get it to go into full screen only which is poor on a 4k tv. Returned it and got our money back. We wouldn't recommend this tv to anyone.

    I wanted to love this TV so bad, however it went out within 2 weeks. Best Buy swapped it out for a new one and the new one went out within a month! I sent it back. The quality of the TV was obviously low grade! Highly disappointed :(
