It’s would’ve been good had there not been issues

The problem was the tv would shut off on its own or the screen would go black while the sound was still going. Had to return it back.

Very slow

I mean it is cheap for the size but I didnt think it was going to be so slow and cheap. Sometimes the TV won't even turn on , the controller seems to have a very delayed response to the TV

Wouldn’t recommend.

Got this on sale for Black Friday in 2020, didn’t have a single problem with it other than the occasional need to unplug and plug it back in. Then randomly a few days ago it wouldn’t turn on. Called Hisense customer service, they sent us a firmware to try and update it ourself. That did nothing, so we called back and they more or less told us we were screwed. 14 months in to a brand new tv and out of nowhere, it’s an oversized paperweight. I will never buy Hisense again, and I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your television needs.

Will fail. CS # auto hangs up. Don't buy

Starts and turns back off immediately. I have called customer service over 20 times and each and every time it says your wait will be x minutes and then in the next 0-5 minutes hangs up the call. What a joke. When it did work the UI was buggy, always low on space, adding a high speed flash helped for a little bit using the onboard setting to offload data, however the settings wouldn't last more than 1 power cycle and it would crash and have to reset. This has to be the worst product I have ever bought, and I have bought a TV from crackheads in an alley.... Don't buy this

You have to go through every channel just to see what showing at the time (each hour). I wish I had my other tv back. : (

Potential but not there

Started acting up prior to being a year old, was told it just needed the new update. Lasted a couple months after the update and now completely stopped working and was told there was nothing they can do. Obviously the “update” was just to get it past the 1 year mark so it was out of Warrenty. It’s not even 2 years old. No TV should stop working this early!

Worst TV EVER - Cheap doesn't last longer

First time within year which was covered by warranty but 2nd time (within 1 year of last replacement). I would say stay away from Hisense unless you can afford buying their TV every year. New power board is $100-$130 for $250 TV. Doesn't make sense. Worst purchase ever from best buy and Hisense.And customer service deserves negative 10.
