Poor Man Pays Twice

Reset to original factory settings then updated firmware and it worked... Within the next week my screen went out. All these issues less than a month after buying. Currently in the process of working with Hisense to resolve the issue. Knock on wood but my 2 year old LG tv is still looking good in the living room. Hopefully, Hisense will back their 1 year warranty for defects due to manufacturing. As of right now I Highly Would Not recommend at this point.

DONT BOTHER BUYING

I’m a big tech person and trust me I know what I’m talking about. The quality is fine on 4K UHD HDR stuff but rest is garbage. The brightness setting washes out the screen since it’s edge lit. Just don’t even bother buying it, spend more money on a decent tv or get a good brand!!! Only good thing was the apps and stuff but the actual picture quality is bad. $249 for a 65” 4K TV is a good deal if you don’t care about actual picture quality but you won’t really enjoy it

Don't buy, get something better

Buyers beware
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent almost 600$ for a tv that decided it wanted to glitch and have problems from day one it will randomly turn it’s self off and back on if you want to watch a show good luck it’ll glitch your show and the audio will continue to play!!! I have bought worse TVs for much cheaper that still work flawlessly to this day. Now I’m stuck with a crappy tv that is more of a pain in the butt to deal with and twice the price. Buyers beware this tv is not worth the money

After getting it gone & going thru the fun process (sarcasm) of mounting to wall, powered on tv to see a big multi colored blotch on the screen. Obviously a screen issue. Took it down & went right back to the store & paid an extra 100 bucks for a similar LG brand. Not saying they will all have this issue, but this incident, had me hesitant to opt for this brand going forward.

Dont, just dont

It hangs up constantly and if you have more than a few apps installed its so slow you could make your own tv show or movie in the time it takes to do anything. Then you have the add problem. Most of the apps have advertisements and 90% of the time they totally hang the tv up, I usually have to unplug the thing. Would not recommend.

Worst product ever

The TV freezing, The TV won’t connect , you have to turn it off, power off , plug it out before anything can be displayed . I have contact the manufacturer twice, They help to reset this TV . It has not even been two months since my purchased on January 29 . this TV is ridiculous the Best Buy geek squad is ridiculous . I purchase of protection plan and they’re telling me that there’s nothing that they can do about this horrible tv

Hisense is horrible

I've been working with Hisense ever since to this day and my TV still does not work. They informed me today after my 6th phone call and told me they won't refund me for the purchase because I told them I was buying a better brand. Hisense is HORRIBLE!! I don't know why I bought this brand after the 1st one I had 8 years ago just stopped working after 6 months. NEVER AGAIN!!

Don't Buy

It turns off on its own, the remote doesn't respond most of the time, it freezes, the antenna and comp connections don't work. I've had a Hisense TV before and it was good and never had any issues, this has been a completely different experience. I got what I paid for with this one.
