    TV fails to turn on

    This tv worked fine until one day it didn't. After 4 or 5 months, it decided to not turn on regardless of all the troubleshooting we did. Once you unplug and plug it in, the standby light will flicker once and won't stay on consistently when it's off. From what I read, other people have the same issue with this exact model. I personally wouldn't purchase this model again.

    Overall I’m pleased with the television I purchased however after I picked it up from curbside pickup I got all the way back to my house wich is 160 miles away and noticed I was given an open box item , meaning it had already been purchased by someone else before I bought it.not a big deal or anything I buy there open box items all the time it saves a couple bucks bit I paid full price for television

    Not that great it turns off randomly and we have to unplug it to get it to turn back on. It happens alot.

    It doesnt even deserve 1 star. It has EXTREME lag just trying to switch between apps, browse through things and even just using the volume button. It will freeze sometimes and you have to unplug the TV from the wall because thats the only other way to turn it off. The TV also decides to turn itself off sometimes. Ive had it turn off while in the middle of playing a PS4 game, not cool.

    This TV is annoyingly slow and glitchy. Takes ages to turn on, mutes and unmutes itself on its own, apps do not work and it keeps throwing a "memory full, delete some apps" error even though there are barely any apps left on it. Do yourself a favor and stay AWAY from this piece of trash.

    The quality is sub par even at the price point sold. The picture bleeds throughout the whole screen. The smart tv system is glitchy at best. It freezes all the time and I have to unplug and plug the tv in constantly. I am never buying another Hisense television of any of their products.

    The worst purchase I have made. TV stopped working after 1 yr 2 months. Both Best Buy and Hisense washed their hands off this issue stating out of warranty. I can't believe a $500 TV would go bust within a couple of years with minimal usage. Not buying at Best Buy or any Hisense products in the future.

    We got this TV on crazy sale for black friday 2 weeks ago... it’s already failing. The color pixels are fading in certain areas, the whole TV glitches out and randomly turns itself off, the remote response time is horrible sooo delayed. You press the volume up or down button and it takes 5-10 seconds for it to register. SO annoying. You absolutely get what you pay for.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     DO NOT BUY THIS TV. This is the worst tv I have ever owned. Sometimes it won't turn on, sometimes you get just sound with no picture. Sometimes it freezes completely. Sometimes it shuts off on its own. I guarantee at least one of these things will happen on a daily basis.

    This tv abruptly quit working after only 18 months of use. The company provided poor customer service regarding the problem and we were unable to have it repaired. I do not recommend purchasing this brand, as an expensive item like this should last much longer than 18 months.

    This is the worst TV ever. Started freezing after a month of use. A month ago it staryed randomly turning off and on again. I contacted Hisense and recieved instructions to update the TV and followed them exactly and now it won't turn on at all. Save yourself the money and invest in a better TV rather than one that breaks down after 5 months.
