    This TV has serious problems. I already had it replaced by best buy. For no reason, it keeps licking up and has to be unplugged and replugged to reboot. This happens at least once a week. I've never had a TV need to be rebooted frequently if at all. I don't recommend unless you enjoy troubleshooting and waiting for customer service.

    Frustrating to the point of unusable

    I have to cycle power every day or the TV just will not start playing video from any of the streaming apps and when it does work the video regularly freezes for long periods of time. Also the UI is so slow. Every remote click takes 5 seconds for the TV to react.

    Was good tv when I first had it set up but as time went on it tries to update all the time and can’t watch anything without it trying to update. I give it 0 stars. What a annoying tv and I let Best Buy know and they did nothing about it.

    I have several devices which connect to the internet in my home. This is the only device that has problems staying connected. Their warranty is a joke. Service department says connection problems are due to internet provider.Only way to force TV to connect without a problem is to use a ROKU stick. DO NOT BUY.

    Would not recommend this to anyone. Have only had it for 3 days and like everyone has mentioned, its slow, unresponsive; certain apps on the home screen dont save, and the most recent it froze mid climax of a movie, and then wouldnt turn off until I unplugged it. 100% will be returning this thing tomorrow.

    I hate this tv so much! It freezes, it glitches, it even buffers when its connected to the ethernet cable... wish I would've just bought another Samsung, zero problems and no buffering when its connected to the wifi!

    The TV was fine for about a month then the issues started. Tv constantly freezes or reboots. Tried factory reset , uninstalling apps and issues still persists . I would rather just buy a "dumb" tv and hook up a chromecast with google tv get the same experience with less headache.

    Super disappointed in this TV. Bought one for myself and my mother in law. I bumped into the TV quite gently and it caused a crack on the inner screen so we didn't even get to use it. I was redoing our second living room to have a space for myself and now I have to go buy ANOTHER TV.

    Having picture clarity problems which kept changing. I\ reached out to their customer service phone number and kept getting the comment that someone would call me back in 24 to 48 hours... and that did not happen! I finally gave up and returned the TV back to Best Buy for a refund.

    I was one of those people who tried to save a extra buck by buying a off brand tv & so far I’ve only had this tv one month & I barely even watch tv , but it is now constantly freezing, I Have to unplug the tv & restart it to get it back on . Yeah, Pretty embarrassing .

    The tv looks good, however it doesn’t work effectively as it flicker/the pixel goes in and out. In addition, when you use the apps installed on the tv it works better, but without that it is terrible I’m thinking of returning or exchanging mine.

    Lag and slow

    Tv looks nice at first. But started to have issues when I turn on the tv. Literally takes 7-10 seconds for the screen to display. Will contact manufacturer for trouble shoot or replacement. I guess that’s why it was on sale for Black Friday.
