Remote doesn’t function well so therefore tv doesn’t function.

Screen was broke upon unboxing, drove an 1 roundtrup

Purchased 3 years ago and now its time to move on! As of today tv will not turn/stay on. It turns on with the Hisense logo and then immediately turns off. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps and called the 800# but no resolution. I would probably never buy this brand again based on this one lasting only 3 years. Now I have to buy a new tv and figure out how to get this out of my apartment with no help.

Have had this for just over a month now. Great TV for the $250 early black friday offer. No it's not the same picture as a higher end model. Have a 65in Samsung in my man cave and can notice a little difference in the picture between the 2. But I'm not very particular about that, the picture on this TV is quite adequate. Have a few streaming apps I installed on it, haven't encountered any issues yet with the Android interface. Had one odd occurrence where the remote seemed to just stop working and I had unplug the TV to reset it. Only happened that one time though, so not overly concerned about it. Found the ACR function a little annoying especially in regards to it changing the sound mode, just turned all that off and set the picture and sound to how I preferred and all is fine.

The quality on this TV is pretty good, my only issue is the glare from any lights.

Basically, this is the exactly same model from last year's doorbuster 65 Hisense, which was $299 (a total steal that time). I lined up at 5am on the next morning of thanksgiving. After a FULL YEAR usage, I want to write a review for this. Though I was a long time customer for Best buy in the last 10+ years, this gonna be my first review. In short, the TV is FANTASTIC. Color, Gaming (PS4 PRO NINTENDO SWITCH), streaming, etc. You name it. There are some drawbacks (which do not really bother me, but I want to point out). 1. The TV sometimes response a bit slow (but this year model might be faster). 2. The TV sometimes needs a total restart (simply hold the O/OFF button and choose "turn off"). 3. Iphone users, this TV needs to download an APP for your iphone to broadcast onto it! That's all the drawbacks. However, considering the price I paid, I have nothing to complain!!! GREAT TV!!! My previous 45 inch was also a Hisense. HISENSE ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!

Not bad for $276 out the door black Friday special in 2020! Had an issue where it did fail, but Hisense sent someone out in a reasonable amount of time to repair for free, and no issues since!

Picture goes out if on for a lot of hours. Picture quality is good. Maneuverability is good. Sound is good. Not a bad tv except for its minor quirks.

I have this TV in my living room. It has a great picture and the sound quality is very good. I have 3 other Hisense TV's in my home. For my money they can not be beat. The only TV's that have a comparable picture are Samsung and they are at a much higher price point. Two of my Hisense tv's are over 4 years old and I have never had a moment's trouble from them. Highly recommended.

Does not age well. Picture is still great, but need an android TV box or fire stick because this tv slows to a crawl.

I'm IMPRESSED! I bought this TV on a Black Friday sale for $250 to replace a 43" TV that I paid twice as much for. It's light - less than 40 lbs., so I was able to wall mount this with ease and without help from another person. The picture is great - maybe better than my Sony 55' that I paid 5x as much for five years ago. Bottom line is - at the price I paid, I was willing to throw the dice and risk it being a piece of junk. It's not.

I now own 4 Hisense televisions. Unbelievable product that gives you a nuclear bang for your buck. Highly recommend.

I purchased this TV on a black friday deal, and I'm just now writing my review because after two years of ownership, I'm back looking for another TV. Why? You might ask. I'm looking for a new TV because the processor in this thing is so slow that even with the factory remote it can sometimes take 30+ seconds for a menu to pop up after you've pressed a button on the remote. Not only that...this TV INSISTS upon always being on its own Android TV(which we quit using because the wifi constantly disconnects on this device) which is a huge annoyance because we use an external box(Nvidia Shield) for this. Every time we turn on the TV without fail, it reverts back to the built in Android TV, and then takes abut 5 minutes to switch back to the input that I originally selected. Word to the wise...don't buy this TV!

Owned this for about 2.5 years. Used for background noise, operating @ 18 hours per day, 7 days a week before it finally gave up. For the price of under $300 for a 65 inch screen, this TV set is well worth it.

replaced 4 year 55 inch old tcl series 4 ,tv looks great nice price easy set up lots of apps.currently I own 2 hisense tvs 2 tcl and 1 element,but hisense is by far my favorite Only down side only 3 hdmi inputs great picture

I bought this tv four years ago for a good deal. Cheapest 65” tv I could find. It has been a bit slow but it has worked wonders for our family. Tonight it shut off and won’t turn on though. I’ll update this if we can get it fixed easily.

3 years later still working like a champ! really can't complaint for $300 color, contrast is good

Nice product. The Android system works fine. I would recommend everyone to buy an additional storage(usb 32gb or higher)
