Great tv, wish I had another. Everything was flawless.

Bought 10/29/2020 and it died a few days ago, so just over 3 years of use. It was cheap at $250 so I didn't mind the occasional lagginess or shutdowns for that price but I sure expected it to live longer than this. I have a cheap TCL from 2011 and it still works flawlessly 13 years later. The tv started to freeze when changing input and asked if I'd like to power down so I selected yes. Then it wouldn't turn on anymore. Tried hard resetting multiple times and all I get is a red blinking light and it won't turn on. Looked up the main board, power supply, T-CON, etc. that could be causing the issue but they all cost over $100 with no guarantee of it working again. I thought it was a good value at the price I got it at but I probably won't ever buy a Hisense product again with such a short lifespan.

If you got this tv for the $250 price and didn't give it 5 stars something is wrong. This tv is loaded with features far beyond $250 Android TV allows for great apps to be installed and 4k resolution is really good also.

Was great until it would randomly turn off. Then it turned off, would turn on for a few seconds, then turned right back off. Had to get it replaced.

After three years it died and needed to be replaced. For the money I really think we should have gotten more life out of this tv

Got this TV on Black Friday. Set up was extremely easy. The Android TV interface is wonderful. Super easy to add apps and move between them. It's nice having the chromecast built in as well. The picture is excellent and looks great.

Bought this TV in 2020 as a Black Friday purchase. It lasted almost 3 years but now it just sits as a brick in the living room. I got the storage warning, then it all went downhill from there. It won't stay on long enough to do anything, it freezes & then turns off. I did a factory reset, but nothing was reset. Everything stayed the same. I've done some research & it's apparently a common issue with no fix other than purchasing a new TV.

This was a nicely designed tv that did the job for me for a year or two before I sold it. I generally liked the colors it provides. It’s not going to be no movie theatre quality but it was adequate. I play video games and watch a lot of anime. So I wasn’t demanding alot from my tv. The audio is never the best from these cheap TVs and you’ll want a soundbar. And the tv panel is almost always guaranteed to dim (burn out) over a few years but you’re buying a cheap tv because you want some quick movies for the fam right?

Awesome value, TV is stunning with smart remote and Google embedded into the interface. Picture quality is great and was easy to setup. Highly recommend

great tv used for 4 years and in moving it cracked..

This Tv stopped working 2 months after it was out of warranty. TV had a software update and never turned back on. No power light. Customer service said fixing this could cost hours for the investigation and then 200$ for replacing the motherboard which may last another 6 months. Very disappointed.

The TV has low memory, so downloading apps is an issue. It disconnects from Wifi very frequently. But overall good TV in a budget.

Have had this tv for over a year now and it has been a headache. It constantly freezes, refuses to turn on or off sometimes. Regularly have to unplug and plug back in to use. Was fine for the first 3 months or so, then just got worse and worse over time. Wouldn't recommend Hinsese tv to anyone.

Worst tvs of all time. I purchased two of them and they have given us problems since the start. They’ll randomly shut off. Take forever to start up. Opening apps sometimes can take up to 5 minutes to load and then still be laggy. Won’t purchase a hissense again

Lasts just long enough for the warranty to be up seems to be a very common issue there's countless forums and pages filled with people having the same issues with the TV shutting down after it's turned on hardware issues. Months after buying there was issues with it freezing or not responding then randomly turning off now it's stuck in a reboot loop Hisense support isn't helpful and is familiar with the issue but will run you in circles and offer no assistance other than just buy another TV or pay a repair shop the 350 plus to fix it by replacing the main board and power board or buy them yourself for about 250 and fix it Definitely won't be using hisense for any of our businesses or properties in the future

Got this TV 3 years ago for black friday special. All of a sudden, it just shuts off, remote stopped working, and now it turns on and then right back off. And I've noticed others having the same issue. Will Never buy this brand again

I was able to claim this amazing deal last night for 249 and I am so amazed at the size quality of this TV! The picture quality is great, nice and clear. Sound quality is also great, definitely don't need a sound bar and the setup was super easy. I am so happy with my purchase, would definitely buy again.
