    Does ONE MONTH after one year warranty!

    I know that this item isn’t currently available and no one will see this but hopefully someone will. This has to be the worst tv experience I’ve had. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with a tv. My high end Toshiba was quirky and eventually died after 10 long years. Four different Vizio’s around the house have lasted up to 9 years with no problems. Bought this Hisense and it died ONE MONTH after the one year warranty. I guess this is what Hisense calls an acceptable service life. I contacted Hisense to discuss and they basically said “can’t help”. Pitiful quality, pitiful customer service, horrible company! Never again. And I am a verified purchaser from Best Buy and can provide proof.

    Yellow Ovals and White Banding - Stay Away

    I have 2 yellow ovals formed in the center of my TV after just 1.5 years of ownership. This is indicates failures with the LED backlight. In addition to this, the white/gray banding on several dark images is terrible. The quality of image on this TV is not what everybody else is saying. I should of been more cautious in purchasing this brand. The TV is useless now and I WON'T be purchasing a HiSense again.
