    I have just bought this TV after reading a lot of reviews online (from Bestbuy and other places). This is a pretty well known brand in China; much less known in the US. So far I have been pretty impressed with the quality of the TV - picture and sound. I hope it can last as long as my old TVs, let's see in a few months/years :) The price is definitely a big plus. $600 for a 65" is just a steal. I deducted one star from the overall rating because of something very small, but very annoying. I planned to wall mount the TV (and I did). The wall mount came with a whole bag of screws with varies length/width. When I open the TV box, I was delighted to find that they also included 4x screws for the wall mount. Naturally, you would think those screws should be exactly what you would use to mount the TV right? NO.... BIG NO.... The TV needs M6 screws, but the four came in the box are M5 (narrower ones). The length of the screws are also wrong. And guess what, the manual is wrong as well! The manual says you need 4x 10mm screws (9.5~11.5mm), The reality is - and tip for whoever want to wall mount this 65" Hisense TV - you need 2x M6 16mm screws, and 2x M6 25mm screws. After i rushed to Lowes and bought four different length M6 screws to try, my new TV is happily on the wall :) If Hisense can get their manual right and get the 4x little screws right (cost ~$1), I would have given it 5-star!

    Well, recently my 60" Samsung LED TV died as I was trying to updated it and it froze. So, I called Samsung support and they said to unplug it. That fried the TV and Samsung took no responsibility whatsoever, and needless to say I will never buy another Samsung product. Being as I wasn't really in the market for a new TV I wanted something fairly inexpensive. Therefore, I bought this one from Best Buy for $600. Not only is the picture and sound better than my Samsung, but the smart features are very easy to use as well. The only thing I am not a huge fan of is the Roku/TV remote as it makes it kind of hard to change channels with no numeral buttons. Other than that TV is fantastic and I would recommend HISENSE to anyone!!!

    We've had our Hisense Roku 65" for just over a month. I have nothing but good things to say about it. The picture is excellent, a great improvement from our 60" HD television it replaced. It was easy to set up and to connect to our other devices. My familiarity with smart content was limited to what we had on our Samsung and Sony Blu Ray players. The Roku interface is far superior to and more functional than either of those. We were able to find and watch content that was beyond anything we expected. I'm still in disbelief that this item costs less than a good phone. Highly recommended. 5stars in every way.

    The picture is great, the sound is great without a soundbar, tbough i have one for deepness and richness in sound. It has a mutil-sound setting feature. Though it seems well put together if it were Sharp directly it would have been better I think quality wise. The only true gripe that I have is it doesn't have independent volume, channel, and mute buttons on the set itself. If i would have known it, I would not have purchased it; thats why I gave it 4 stars; other than that no problems at all. For the money, it still is a great buy!

    Recently purchased a 65" Hisense Smart TV for a media room. I wanted a large size with great color and picture quality for watching lots of movies. I read reviews and looked at over 30 different TVs and the Hisense had the best overall quality. It has proven to be terrific and with the addition of a sound bar the experience in our home is great. I did my homework so you do not have too. I recommend their TV that has built in ROKU and other features more TVs do not offer.

    This was a great TV for the price. For a 65" with Roku built in, the value can't beat. The sound isn't great and you will need a soundbar... specifically one that has a digital audio out cable. The picture has been clear and watching sports is like watching it on my projection screen outside, only the picture is much better. Movies look great, especially the ones in HD. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase!

    TV is great - integrated ROKU is even better! Previous TV had a ROKU stick in HDMI slot and was OK but occasionally had time lags between channels. Have not experience any time lags with new TV. Picture is clean, have notice some motion blur during hockey games but that is to be expected with native 60Hz refresh (even with the gimmicks they use to "emulate" 120Hz refresh). If it bothered me enough I would have spent the extra (almost double) to get native 120Hz refresh.

    Terrible for Sports - Motion Blur

    This is not anything like true 120 hz, there is major motion blur on sports, particularly football and basketball. I didn't notice it as much but now more so, by time I noticed it Best Buys short 14 day return period was over. Disappointed by the product and Best Buys short return period. Blacks are not great either. The good part is the price, it is inexpensive for a 65" high def TV. Regular TV shows look great.

    Good TV for price

    I hadn’t heard of Hisense when I purchased the TV, but seemed worth a shot for the price. It has a good picture and is easy to use with Hulu and Netflix being on the home page. Only issue I have with it is the placement of the speakers. The TV is wall mounted and the speakers are in the back against the wall. It does tend to muffle the sound a bit, but nothing you can’t get used to after awhile. May want to get a sound bar for its too much of a problem.

    I would have given it 5 stars, but there was a glitch when trying to sign into Netflix. The TV screen would only show half the key board. Neither Geek Squad nor Hisense support was able to help. I was able to use the Roku keyboard on my iphone to sign into Netflix, but i had to figure that out myself. There is definitely a glitch with the tv, but i was able to work around it. Other than that, its a GREAT TV for the money.

    Picked this up for Black Friday, the picture quality was good for the price when it came to the tv apps like Netflix and stuff but for cable it was horrible tried to watch a football game and it looked like I was watching on a tv from the 90s. If you only cAre about the quality for movies and apps then it’s a good deal but if you want to watch sports you need a better refresh rate.

    The picture quality is good. The sound is better than most tv’s. The tv is sleek and very large overall. The quality of the tv is a 5 Star. The internet work efficiently and fast. I will buy the 75” Hisense Smart tv in a few months. Compared to other brands it’s just as good and will save you about $350. If you add a sound bar it’s extremely loud.

    Bought tv is sept 2018, has been great picture etc. my son accidently hit it with a plastic piece that weighed less than a dime from across the room, and screen shattered. so $700 tv lasted less than a year. the hit was so small, we are amazed it broke the screen. screen repair is $700. will not be buying hisense again!!

    High quality 65" 4K Smart TV for around $500?! It's not too good to be true. Great TV for the price. It's not super fancy but it works, looks good, and has great integration with Roku and associated services. Bonus feature I didn't realize it had was the wireless screen casting capabilities. Pretty incredible.

    I had this delivered, came on time and in good condition. Removed from box, installed legs, and set-up in 15 minutes! Real nice, clear and crisp picture, nice color and bright! Sound could use external speakers? Overall: a great TV with a GREAT price! I would certainly buy another HiSense (Sharp) product! Thanks, Best Buy!

    This television is fantastic. I almost bought a Samsung. I’m glad I didn’t. The picture is bright and clear even when streaming 1080p. I have had 2 previous 4K TVs. One Vizio and one TCL. This thing blows them both away. I am very happy with this purchase!!! It has to be the best value for your money on a 4K tv.

    I just got 2 of these Hisense Roku TV's and did not have a chance to use them a whole lot yet. But so far they look good and pic quality and sound is fine. Hopefully, the quality will turn out to be good as well so they will last for a long time. They have lots of features, Im learning about the Roku TV's now too.

    Had never heard of the brand but it has not disappointed! Excellent picture and perfect for gaming on a big screen. No lagging and the roku puts it over the top. It works flawless and extremely fast response time. The factory sound is way better than most tvs but I always add a surround sound system for the full effect.

    I own several top end Samsung TVs which have better picture quality but they are also $1500-2000 more expensive. This TV is a great deal for the decent picture quality and of course the price is spot on. I may not buy another expensive TV after owning this hisense TV, highly recommend!
