Colors were maybe slightly brighter with the HDR but the TV is BEYOND slow. How can we have operating systems that are so bad still be included with TVs? Updated everything and put it through the paces for a weekend. I returned it after 2 days.

BROKEN OUT-OF-THE-BOX TV

The Best Buy store in Oxford, Alabama has the phone number (256) 823-0172 listed but there is NO WAY to get through to the ACTUAL store! Only gets to a call center! WHY can a person NOT speak to the LOCAL STORE? I purchased a 65" TV that was BROKEN - OUT-OF-THE-BOX! The website has same-day delivery on PURCHASES but exchanges when I need them to bring me a REPLACEMENT?! NO! CAN'T GET THAT!

HISENSE FIRE TV

I couldn't return it back because the store stated that the return date was September 19, 2025. I am paying for a tv that turned out to be crap. I had it put back in the original box.
