    Keeps freezing almost every time I turn it on and have to unplug it and plug it back in. Save your money for something better.

    i've had this a year now and i HATE this tv. Brightness is terrible. Picture is washed out unless you are in a dark room. But the worst is every few months you turn it on and want to watch a game (so time is of the essence) and it goes into upgrade mode. which takes over an hour. and half the time it gets stuck so it takes HOURS, IF you can reboot. terrible terrible purchase.

    NOT 144hz REFRESH RATE, NOT 120hz REFRESH RATE! ONLY 60hz! The updates kept making this tv worse, i liked it until i got the first update. HDMI 3 AND 4 WORKED INTERMITTENTLY! AUDIO GOES OUT INTERMITTENTLY!

    Do not buy this product. I’ve had the tv for less than 5 months and it randomly cut off and will not turn back on. Best Buy told me they can’t service the tv because it’s out of their return window. I’ve reached out to the manufacturer and I haven’t received a reply. Should not be dealing with this in such a short turn around. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.

    Moved it one time to clean and got a fracture in the led manufacturer warranty doesn’t cover it was a really nice tv just very flimsy and delicate.
