Exceptional Quality/Value, 1 Small Disappointment

The sound is better than any of the other Smart TVs that I have owned. But, a soundbar still improves the sound. IMHO, the quality for the price paid is exceptional. One small caveat: Supposedly the included remote is a voice control remote. On Best Buy's product web page, the "What's Included" section lists "Voice Remote Control". In the "Feature" section of the listed Specifications,it states "Remote Control Type : Voice control". The Roku remote which was in the box is NOT a voice voice controlled remote. I was considering this TV and another brand's Roku TV which is comparable in both specs and price. The supposed inclusion of Roku voice control remote was the deciding factor in buying this Hisense LED Smart TV.
