Returned it just because of size, 65" was small for my living room. Frame is included as well as free arts, compared to Samsung framed tvs were frame and arts need to be purchased additionally.

Was not contacted by any Best Buy home theater sales rep when I purchased. I had to go to the check out to ask for help and have tv brought up. No one was available to answer questions. TV is beautiful tho.

The Samsung’s picture quality is so much better and navigating through apps is much easier. While the Hisense art is “free” it is mediocre in comparison.
