Disappointed in this Model TV. It has been difficult calibrating it to get the Best picture. The Black levels are not the inky black I was expecting. It also drops the Wifi signal several times per day. I should have returned it and went with another Model.

I did a lot of research when buying my new tv. I finally decided on this one when it came down to looking at different review websites because it seemed the best for the price. Ever since I bought it I have been very disappointed. It runs very slow and I have the best possible wifi for my area. The settings aren’t great when changing the picture to adapt to the certain type of media i’m consuming. It says it is supposed to change to what i’m watching but it is very inconsistent. My main problem is about every 20 minutes or so, the audio will cut out for a second or 2 then come back and every 30 minutes the picture blacks out for a second. I was gonna return this TV and get a different one but had a family emergency come up over the past month and now my return date has past. Talked with Best Buy and they said even though it’s only been a couple days past the deadline they wouldn’t extend it. So now i’m hoping that writing this review might help get my message across to someone else that might be willing to help. And best but would be making more money cause I would return mine and buy one that’s more expensive. haha.

My tv started out great i would have given it 5 stars new. But now i have brown spots coming up in the corner to the middle after 6 months of use sadly disappointed. Loved the tv until now bought it from best buy. I hear they will come look at it but if it needs replacement your out a tv for at least a week a lot more if you ship it to them to fix.

The first thing you notice is just how BIG this tv is. Every time the family sits down or passes by the living room, the words, “wow that tv is so big”, are said or thought.
Make sure you have the right viewing distance range when buying such a big tv.
The picture quality is good and the sound is great. I like that I can lower the volume to a very low setting when needed. During video game playing the response time was great and the colors were vibrant. You can choose to not play in video game mode if you do not like the more vibrant colors. The tv being so large and having game mode has allowed for distinguishing small things in the games that would otherwise be a bit more challenging to see.
Movies and television programs were very enjoyable and has a movie like feeling with the big screen and sound.
Set up was easy and we were watching our programs quickly. There are many apps to enjoy and you can add more during the initial tv setup which walks you through step by step. You’ll need the account and password information beforehand so you can set up your apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. Otherwise you may skip and go back later to set those up.
The remote control is simple and d contains some buttons for a few apps.
Ensure you have the proper space for the tv if you’re going to place it on a tv stand that’s near a wall.
I would recommend this tv to anyone looking for a big screen tv experience.
