Sometimes has to catch up. Not too impressed with the picture quality compared to our 55” Insignia that is 10 years old. Was hoping for more based on the reviews.

Hisense / Geek Squad Warranty is a joke

What they don't tell you is if the TV is replaced during the 5 year warranty and NOT replaced with exact model you are SOL on the extended warranty. Hisense doesn't care about their customers, I wasted multiple calls to them and best buy ahead of time to make sure I got the exact model or they would "send me a refund check". They came out and destroyed my TV after assuring me it would be a refund or same model; refusing to let me pay for the exact model ahead of time, only to destroy the TV I had a 5 year warranty on and ship me whatever they had "comparable". Geek squad is zero help the first year; I now have a literal broken TV Hisense has left me with to dispose and a 5 year warranty that is worthless.

The speakers like every other price point are not the best. We have surround sound so it absolutely made the difference . Over all good tv
