I got this TV to replace an older 50" and it works well. 4K and Dolby Vision video appears to be of high quality.

This is a great tv. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend.

Has the quality of the high priced big screens without the cost. Lightweight, crisp visuals, great for football and gaming.

Average Tv if you mainly using it for viewing cable or movies. If you're a gamer planning to use for a next gen. console. Maybe not the for you. Subpar for this use. I exchanged the Tv for the U8G which i orginally went into buy. It just wasn't available for order or delivery. I waited till it was available and went in immediately to exchange. The U8G is Amazing!!!

Great quality and price. I was looking for a smaller tv at first and then when I saw this I had to have it. The sales rep was amazing for suggesting this and I love it.

The first TV delivered had significant blooming and wildly uneven / inaccurate scaling (grey and color). Best Buy was awesome to work with, quickly and pleasantly swapping it out for a second unit to my house. The second unit's panel was better - acceptable for this low price range but no where near as good as my other TVs by better brands like LG, Toshiba, and even TCL. RTings.com must have had one special panel for their tests. About 2 months later I began receiving a message about an unstable WiFi connect even though it had been fine until then and all devices nearby and even further had zero issue (-45dBs at TV, consistent 80Mbps). I opened a ticket with Hisense. The issue progressed to first not allowing me to access certain parts of the menu like device settings and system messages, then later to no menu whatsoever. After a month so far trying to work with Hisense, they've been zero help and are an absolute nightmare to communicate with via both email and on the phone. Asking for information already provided, questions that are moot to the issue, cold communication, etc. It's odd how consistently poor their service is. It's not isolated to one or two people. At present, my issue persists and I'm making no progress getting any help from Hisense or escalating to the level that I hope can help me. Do not buy this TV. I should have yielded other reviewer's comments about the issues and terrible support. The TV will break and won't get fixed. Is it worth saving a couple hundred bucks but only getting a few months use out of your TV?

This is an okay TV over all. Sound is okay but I thought local dimming would provide a better picture for darker scenes. Perhaps if all of the picture modes were available. Filmmaker mode which is suggested in most forums as the preferred mode is dithered out as an option. I do like the thin bezel finish.

It is everything any creditable review site says. The 4k lives up what is expected. I have another 4k in the house with the same excellent.

Picture could be better. Colors aren’t as good. Plays movies.

It's a great TV to have for the next 3 years. After that time to upgrade

I love love love my tv!!!!!!! The graphics; volume; size; weight; etc are ALL perfect! Not to mention, the price made the deal even better!!!!!!!

So far, so good, only had it 2 weeks. Came home from a long weekend and the tv was on with a pink screen once. That was weird
