    This tv has a great picture but nothing else works and I wasn't aware that best buy only has a 15 day return policy now I'm stuck with a six hundred dollar paper weight i didn't start using until the return policy was expired so i had no idea it was defective until it was to late this will definitely be my last bestbuy purchase

    This TV often turns on by itself. Seems like I am not the only one with that issue. Also, the quality of the TV is not good.

    Price Protection gone awry

    I bought this for $651 (incl. Tax). Price went to $759 a couple days later. When I exchanged it for a TCL of the same price (because of picture quality), I did not receive any Price Protection, and ended up losing $108 on the exchange of TVs of the same price! Lousy business practice - raising prices and not giving customers the difference! No more Best Buy for me!!!

    People should be made aware that Hisense does NOT work with Comcast/Xfinity!!! I had to purchase a Roku stick.

    Was THE perfect tv. Blacks got like.. OLED black. It was insane. Then a couple months ago some weird banding behind the display started happening and it’s annoying to watch. Can’t wait to get rid of this thing. Sadly my warranty is probably no longer good.

    Best buy recommend never again listen to them

    Picture was good at first as was the sound. Had it for about 8 months now. And remote stopped a lot of it's functions. The sound is unclear and picture has degraded. Trying to get Hisense to do warranty is terrible. Wish best buy would step up.

    I have read quite a bit of reviews online before buying into this supposedly best budget 4k tv that rivals more expensive brands/models. After finally buying it and testing it out for all purposes, I'm deeply disappointed as both sports and documentaries are shown with mediocre picture quality similar to my 6 year old Insignia non-4k model and worse than my 3 year old budget 4k Samsung. The advertised picture upscaling capability is non-existent as 1080bp content looks the same as on a non-4k model. Making matters worse is the poor speaker quality that even distorts some of the crowd sound/commentating in sports broadcasting. Overall, I would say there's no free lunch after all. If you want a better 4k tv experience, better to go for the more established brands with a bit of premium.

    Smell is TERRIBLE - don't buy this TV

    I originally bought this TV after doing a lot of research. This model came up consistently as a great quality TV for the price. Right out of the box, there was a strong chemical smell (which is to be expected) but despite having this TV for nearly 5 months out of the box, the smell is still as strong as ever. It completely fills the living room even when the TV hasn't been turned on. It's nauseating and sometimes gives us headaches. I don't know what we're breathing in. Unfortunately we're way beyond the return period, and Hisense has never responded to a single email I've sent. Really such a pity that I've wasted so much money on this TV. Spend the extra money and buy a higher quality brand.

    I’d buy the Roku brand vs this one

    Picture quality is OK at best. Horrible with bright reflections, blacks, whites. I knew those would be a challenge, but surprised how much. Blurry pic for those areas. For/same price, I’d buy the Roku brand for a inexpensive option

    After a week the image started getting fuzzy in any dark scenes and has gotten worse over the days. Contacted Hisense and they are working with me to get it resolved. Just wish it was in a more timely manor.
