Turns On and Off Constantly. Buy the Vizio Instead
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good picture, but after 3 weeks (out of the insanely short BB 2 week return window of course) the tv started turning on and off constantly, making it useless. Hisense CS told me to unplug it, and then factory reset.. that didn't work. Now will be sending a repair guy to see if they can fix it. This unfortunately is a very common issue that they seem to just be ignorant about. I should have just bought the Vizio M Series, and so should you.

Terrible experience

When it showed up it was obvious that the tv had already been opened and used. When I powered it on the screen was completely cracked. It is obvious that Best Buy sent me someone else's returned item broken. I asked for an upgraded model (u7) of this tv since they sent me a return and they said if I paid extra money. Terrible. Now I have to wait another almost 2 weeks to have a new maybe new this time tv delivered.

Came with tons of dead pixel areas.

Issues immediately, not working in a year

It inexplicably began to not turn on requiring me to unplug it and wait. Then officially at the one year mark (bought at Christmas last year) it turned off never to turn on again. Just spend the extra money is the lesson I've learned the hard way.

do not waste your money

Horrid processor.
