Good tv for the money. Gets plenty bright and local dimming is okay.

This tv is great the color pops, has all the apps you need, is great for everything (gaming, sports and movies)

Excellent video and audio. Picture is clear, sharp, bright with vivid colors. Audio is surprisingly good for a TV even without a sound bar. This being an Android TV makes it even more versatile with being able to watch YouTube and any other Android apps on your tv. You can also cast from your smartphone or computer to the TV with chromecast. I would definitely recommend this TV.

I really wanted to like this. It was rated top budget pick by rtings.com. So what's the problem? It's SO LAGGY. The apps just absolutely freeze every 10 seconds. It's so frustrating. I've had it for a year and it's been like this for a good 4 months now. I'd claim warranty issues if I could. Never buy Hisense, just go with Samsung or a legit brand. Learnt my lesson the hard way, don't be like me. 2 stars because video quality and input lag is actually good (making this great for gaming)

Very good picture quality and connectivity for the price. Not a high-end picture, but well worth the $$.

Was very easybto set up. Great picture. The only issue i have is that tgecremite must bevpointedcdurectly at the center bottom of the unit to function. Soundcquality iwscokay, so i connected a quality sound bar using hdmi cable which enhanced the soound greatly

I can definitely tell a difference between my old Samsung 65 inch that was 1600 vs this TV that is 750. However, with how long TVs last, this is a good buy. This TV is also rated much higher than the same price Sony and Samsung TV’s (their lower end models).

This television is fantastic! Great sound (though we still have a surround sound system), fantastic picture, easy set up, and I enjoy Google Chromecast (even though I've never used it before now). It only comes with a power cord, so you'll need some CAT8 ethernet cords, and the reverse feature moves *fast*, so I still use an Amazon Fire cube.

This TV is really good for the price and technology. It's not the fanciest so it won't get the kind of picture you get with OLED. Not even close. But it's a nice picture with good color and backlighting. I use mine mostly to watch TV (streaming services via apps on the smart platform) and play Nintendo Switch. Nothing super intense. It allows me to enjoy those experiences, even without my glasses! One thing I wanted was a TV big enough and nice enough that I wouldn't have to wear my glasses all the time and this one checks the box. The smart platform isn't great but isn't bad either. One thing that almost scared me off -- I was convinced this was the TV I would buy, but wanted to be sure so I went to the store to see it in person. The model in store looked AWFUL. It looked like the worst TV in the store, among far inferior models. The blacks were medium to light grays. It looked horrifying. I don't think I'd even pay money for that TV. I was really nervous about it but all the reviews said it was so great, and I really trust RTINGS. I knew it couldn't be that bad with the review they gave it, and I was right to trust them. It's awesome.

I was worried about the potential QC issues with Hisense but I am very happy with it. It’s extremely bright, has great upscaling from 1080, has great contrast, and going by RTing reviews you will have to pay several hundred dollars more to get close to the picture quality that the U6G has. Cons: VRR: if you are planning on using a next gen console you will have a bad time. Motion Smoothing: If you watch lots of sports and/or “soap opera effect” bothers you you should consider another tv TV speakers: all tv speakers are bad At this price point VRR isn’t standard so I’m not deducting points.

I know this might be too late… I purchased a u6g two years ago but recently it started to having issues like black screen and WiFi connectivity issue, I am doing self diagnosing and then realized the sticker behind the tv shows the model number is 65a66fua(003), which was A6 tv instead of u6g. I still remember when the tv got delivered it was a u6g box, and the delivery guy also took pictures, but no I got an A6 and it’s too late to return,

This is my very first smart TV and I will never look back! I love all the features, love that it is google based, and absolutely LOVE the picture quality! This is a phenomenal TV for the money. I am super impressed by all it has to offer. This is purchase I will never regret making. The picture quality is wonderful - very crisp and clear! The TV"s sound quality is pretty good - however I connected a soundbar and speakers to make it a bit better. I connected speakers and soundbar via optical cable. I connected my DVD player via HDMI. I have not had much success using the voice remote, but I will keep trying! I was able to connect to apps and search via the google assistant. That is a wonderful feature! I primarily use my TV for streaming Netflix and watching DVDs. I would 100% recommend! I received this product at a reduced cost in exchange my for my honest & unbiased review.
