Great TV for the price when it's on sale. Response time is a tad slow and is somewhat noticable during fast sports but the picture and brightness makes up for it and then some, especially on HDR and Dolby vision content. I had an issue out of the box with noticable "dirty screen effect" consisting of vertical banding artifacts during fast side to side motion on solid colors (ie. Sports fields and backgrounds of skys in movies). Most people probably wouldn't notice it but once you see it, you can't unsee it. However, this issue was fixed after peforming a factory reset and re-updating the Roku software. Have not played games on it but it does have game mode features for fast motion games but at the cost of some brightness and picture quality. This is one of the best bang for the buck TV's under $1000. Only worry is how long it will last, it performs much better than big brands in the price range by far but at what cost? Longevity/quality of components? Or maybe the other brands just charge a brand name premium. We will see.

At 1st I was not sure I was going to trust this TV brand. However I have been very pleasantly surprised. Picture quality and and ease of use is fantastic. It's in a well lite and sometimes bright room and it still looks great. I feel the quality of the product is really good as well. For the price I paid I was sceptical that it was going to be poorly made. Nothing could be further from the truth. It's Strong, light weight, and has a quality remote. Good buy for anyone looking for a quality TV at a good price. Highly recommend it. Worth every penny.

I bought this TV originally for my living room but I ended up setting it up in my bedroom. I use it daily for over 2 years and haven't had any issues. Great sound and picture quality. Love it and have been very happy. Very reliable.

I purchased this TV on 2/5/2023. Brought it home and carefully unboxed and installed it with two people. I was up and running in 5 minutes. Amazing picture quality, especially for $500.

The picture quality is clear even in bright sunny spaces. The sound is very good when using a Dolby Atmos speaker system. The picture off center is fine as long as your not expecting to watch from a distance. Like the kitchen. The ROKU channels were surprisingly robust. The remote well thats where you wish it had more assist like "last station" or numbers so you can go directly to another channel instead of scrolling thru the guide. The volume control on the side is not easy to manipulate especially during power on and off. You have to look at the remote instead of feeling it in your hand to switch functions. You can't look at what's on a certain channel say 8 hours from now without going to the ROKU guide and scrolling ahead 8 hours. There's no search in the ROKU guide. An outstanding feature is the Pause/Fast forward. You need to install a 16 GIG stick. Makes it DVR-like for 1.5 hours of recording. Turn on the game an hour before and you can Fast forward through commercials or pause for snacks, phone calls, etc.

My Hisenses have outlasted 2 LGs

Quite a few years ago now I got the itch to buy a(nother) big TV. I took a chance on a cheap on sale brand-I'd-never-heard-of 60" that was nowhere near as snazzy as this model. I've had zero problems with that unit in almost a decade. But in that same time I had a similarly aged LG start showing the blue shadow of death, and another that has an intermittent power issue. So, when I decided to treat myself to a new-fangled even smarter set I went right to Hisense for their 75" version of this model. A short time later my mom needed a new set because her TCL was just too dark (too many viewing hours wink wink) and I told her I got the thing -- this TV. The Roku interface is quick, user-friendly, the picture is as bright as all get out, and quantum dots on a large screen under $500? One would have to be trying to miss such a deal!

Great tv, great blacks, great colors, personally it was my favorite tv short of an oled. I’ve had $1000+ Samsung Qled TVs and I still would prefer this over those. Only reason it has a star knocked off is because 8 months after we got it pixels started dying. It was still warranty and it was replaced but it is a hassle you shouldn’t need to go through.

First off, I’m not a TV expert, but I know what I like. I like a bright, vibrant picture with good response time and minimal tearing. I also knew that I wanted mini LED that helps contribute to brighter whites and darker blacks. This isn’t a perfect TV, but at this price point it might as well be. I was STUNNED at how bright and beautiful the picture is on this TV. I literally sat down with my mouth opened in pure joy. This is my first Hisense product that I was very hesitant to buy, but I’m so glad I was wrong.
The OS is snappy and the remote is the typical ROKU remote that is easy to use. The speakers are loud and pretty decent for a flat screen.
The TV performs excellent on game mode.
My only dislike, and I hate to use that word because I love this TV, is that the local dimming is pretty obvious. We don’t really watch this TV in a dark setting, but when we do, you can see the haloing around some parts of the screen. Mostly around logos, stars, single bright lights, etc. But at the end of the day, that is so minor for a TV at this price point. I consider it lucky that there’s even local dimming available.
I’ve been using this TV for almost two years and it is still working perfectly. I’m so happy with it and will likely go with Hisense on my next TV.
I highly recommend this TV if you expect a great picture, but are on a budget.

Great picture and sound at a good price. Easy to use. Lots of apps. One minor complaint might be the small remote with side volume buttons that accidentally get pushed.

I bought this to replace an earlier Hisense TV that I had.
I'm very happy with this new model, as it is noticeably better than the previous model I had. The 65" size is nice and I like the picture quality and colors. The price was good too.

We got this at Christmas and I was unsure of the brand's reliability. It is better than expected. The picture is vibrant and the Roku options were so easy to set up. It has a seamless interface with the internet and satellite. Switching back n forth is so much easier than our older smart tv.

I recently purchased the Hisense 65" U6GR Series Quantum ULED 4K UHD Smart Roku TV, and I must say it's been a fantastic addition to my home entertainment setup. The picture quality is truly impressive, with vivid colors, deep blacks, and excellent contrast thanks to the Quantum ULED technology. The 4K resolution provides sharp and detailed visuals, making every movie and show a pleasure to watch.
One of the standout features of this TV is the built-in Roku platform. It's incredibly user-friendly and offers a wide range of streaming apps and channels, making it easy to access all my favorite content in one place. The responsive remote control with voice search is a nice touch, simplifying navigation and content discovery.
The design of the TV is sleek and modern, with slim bezels and a minimalist stand that blends well with any room decor. The connectivity options are ample, including multiple HDMI and USB ports, which come in handy for connecting gaming consoles and other devices.
The sound quality is good, but if you're an audiophile, you might consider adding an external soundbar or speakers for a more immersive experience. However, for everyday use, the TV's built-in speakers are more than adequate.
Overall, the Hisense 65" U6GR Series Quantum ULED 4K UHD Smart Roku TV offers excellent value for the price. It combines stunning visuals, a user-friendly interface, and a sleek design, making it a great choice for anyone looking to upgrade their home theater experience.

Great TV for the price. Perfect for anyone that wants pretty good but not looking to pay for high end. Speakers are weak as most tvs at this price. But I already had Roku Speakers which paired easily with this tv. Roku is still the best interface / platform. Supports Airplay which is key for Apple TV+ and Apple Music thst do not support Chromecasting.

Love this Hisense Roku 65” TV. It was so easy to set up, The picture is really sharp, colors are vivid and even though I have it hooked up to a sound bar, the TV speakers were pretty good for a large and thin TV. You can go without a sound bar if you wanted to. The apps on the TV all connected without issues. Bought this TV on sale and really got a great bang for the buck. Very happy with this purchase.

I love this TV. The colors are great, the black contrast is solid, there is no color bleeding, it’s lightweight (comparatively), and every negative review that I saw before purchasing has not been an issue at all, particularly the sound. Maybe it’s just the room I have it in, but this TV sounds great.
