The whole interface is responsive and the apps work fast. The picture quality is as good as advertised, probably as good as anything before jumping to OLED. It’s also pretty loud by itself without adding surround..

Took it back and got the TCL to have a safer option

Never Again

They sent a repair guy out who broke the lcd screen. It’s been over a month and still no replacement tv. Supposedly it was delivered yesterday…only thing left at the door was the shipping ticket…no tv. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Worthless company and I’d advise against buying anything from Hisense

Main board went out in 3 years.

I bought a hisense and the main board went out in 3 years and it only had a 1 year warranty. Hisense refuses to fix and that main board is out of stock everywhere I'm guessing bc this is a regular occurrence for their tvs.
