    Main board went out in 3 years.

    Probably not a good idea to buy one of these. I bought a hisense and the main board went out in 3 years and it only had a 1 year warranty. Hisense refuses to fix and that main board is out of stock everywhere I'm guessing bc this is a regular occurrence for their tvs.

    Good quality but instant defect

    Purchased the tv because of the reviews saying it’s better than a TCL QM7 but after having the tv for less than 2 hours the screen already had a dead pixel line. Took it back and got the TCL to have a safer option

    Never Again

    This companies customer service is abysmal. Their TV broke while in warranty. They sent a repair guy out who broke the lcd screen. It’s been over a month and still no replacement tv. Supposedly it was delivered yesterday…only thing left at the door was the shipping ticket…no tv. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Worthless company and I’d advise against buying anything from Hisense
