Good quality, really good when it comes to netflix and amazon tv

Videos are good and crisp. Sound is ok. Size is just right

After purchasing the tv online I went to the store to pick it up. The associates were very helpful in loading it into my viechle.

Great picture and size. It was super easy to set up. Not sure how the sound quality actually is because we paired it with a Sonos soundbar.

Great brightness, but overall image quality is subpar compared to higher quality OLEDs. Blooming was very apparent and HDR accuracy was off. Small highlights were dim as well.

This TV is an excellent deal for the features it provides. Great for gaming!

Purchase the hisense TV, September 2025, worked well for a couple weeks. Then a green vertical line and a white horizontal line appeared on the screen. Called Bestbuy, could not get a live person, only an automatic response to call the manufacturer. Hisense was responsive to my call (live person). It took a week to get a Hisense tech to look at th TV. The tech, very professional, tried a few replacement parts with no luck. Ordered another replament part, waited another week, again no luck. The TV was determined unfixable. Waiting to hear back from Hisense if there will be a replacement or reimbursement. I will update this post when i get resolution.

Hisense has always been about providing features and quality at a reasonable price and this is no exception. The screen is super bright and black levels are good. There are several AI features available which I am still educating myself on. Everything else you can get from the specs. There are a few very notable things that most don't seem to mention in their reviews. First is the high quality remote control. It has some weight, is backlit and has a great layout and size unlike most others which feel cheap and cluttered. I was also impressed with the stand. That also is of much better quality than most. The sound is excellent. The subwoofer makes a huge difference in providing better audio without a soundbar. The biggest thing I noticed was how smooth Google TV runs. A new version has been released first for a couple Hisense models and it is super fast and smooth. Hisense clearly added higher end internals and it is the first great experience I have had with a tv or streamer running that software. Considering how much you use the software interface to interact with a television this is the star of the show. It's a perfect pairing. Nice work to Google and Hisense for optimizing everything.

Overall: I'm very satisfied with this TV. I would look for a sale, definitely worth the ~$700 that I paid. Brightness: I have it in a North-East facing room that is lined with windows. No issues with brightness and the glare isn't bad, only noticeable if I really search. Sound: I can't speak to the sound quality, as I have it hooked up to external speakers. Durability: Note that I previously had the U6, but only for a couple months because I lightly bumped it with a metal water bottle and caused a panel to go out. Hoping that this is a bit more robust!

I bought this to put in living room. I have a Sony Bravia for my home theater so I wanted something a bit more affordable for the main area. Blown away with the 165Hz refresh rate with Motion Rate 480 keeps everything super smooth. I started watching action scenes and sports with this and it looks crisp with zero blur. It’s awesome for fast paced stuff and i was shocked at how well it perfomed compared to my more expensive TV.

For the money, this thing is crystal. Clear sound bar works good. Also, we will see how long it lasts.
