Took a long time to receive this TV. Box was banged up a little bit but the internals were not harmed at all. I set this up in front of my OLED to give me a comparison. I have to say, I am very impressed. After turning on all the settings (used Rtings settings for guidance) and hooking up to my XBOX Series X, you can see that I was playing Vanguard at 4k 120 Hz. I did notice some fluctuation down to 119 Hz but that did not affect game play. I also did not use Game mode as this turned off some features, primarily HDR control and Freesync control. I used the VIVID setting then tweaked it back to a more cool medium setting. I'm not a fan of a true 6500k movie setting as it is too warm for me but I also do not like a full VIVID cool setting, too bright. Once I had all the color settings done and all the syncing and gaming settings tweaked, I restarted the XBOX and it recognized that this TV is a gaming machine! I used HDMI 3 (eArc) and started playing. The blacks are very very good, almost OLED. Some small light bleed on the very edges of the screen, but nothing like my Sony X900F. I like this TV as much if not slightly more than my daily watch Sony. The colors are popping, slightly over saturated, but I don't mind since I'm only gaming on this TV. I've played for almost a week now and this thing is amazing, easy on the eyes and I almost forget I am playing on an ULED TV. Now, one thing I've noticed is that every few hours, the TV will blink a black screen one time like it is resyncing up. I am not sure if this is the Freesync or not, haven't turned it off to figure out if that is the culprit. Sound is pretty good out of this thing, nice customization settings. Remote is good, works well. If you are looking for a nice size gaming TV that can do good duty on streaming and Live TV, as well, I think Hisense has a winner!!

I use Hisense TV’s since many years - here in the USA and in China. The quality is extraordinary. This is my second 65” TV now. Only debacle is the remote: it drains the batteries after 2 days! No replacement received!

Wanted to like this tv based upon specs, good reviews, quality and price however within a couple of days the adhesive holding the screen panel on failed letting the backlight spew from the side. Picture was a nice upgrade from an older lg also had issues with trying to stream Disney plus. All other apps worked fine. The issue was not able to be resolved within the short time I had by myself my isp or Disney. The tv that I replaced this one has no issues with the any of my streaming services.

This is my 1st 4k led tv and im very impressed with the picture quality. Its bright and sharp and has very good speaker sound. I don't have a sound bar so i just rely on the tv speakers. It was easy to set up to cable and the internet. I did mount it and had to run back and forth to the hardware store to finally get the correct bolts and also find the right size spacers as the tv has a ridge on the bottom so the mounting bracket doesnt sit flush. For the price its very goid and just as good as the sony or Samsung at a fraction of the cost. Im waiting to see how the U8g compares to other brands and might get another Hisense in the 75" range.

Around $1000ish depending on the promo but you get 2 HDMI 2.1 ports, 4k 120hz native, amazing blacks (outside of OLED), 1000 nits brightness, local dimming, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, VRR, AMD freesync, Android TV, Google assistant in standby with the screen off. You'll spend $500 more for a comparable SONY. I couldn't do TCL, Samsung or LG because I wanted to stick with Android for the OS considering what's going on with Roku and YouTube I felt it was the smart choice. Speakers are very good, loud, I use headphones mostly so I can't tell you if it's bass heavy but it's loud.

Top Notch TV that Beats OLED at half the Price

This tv is better than OLEDs twice the price of it. It has amazing picture quality, gets extremely bright for casual tv owners, top notch gaming features, easy to use interface andd remote, many smart features, and excellent Quality Control. Perfect screen uniformity. No banding, DSE, or tint problems like the OLEDs that ate twice as expensive. The only major problem I had with this tv was motion and why I returned it. If you are not sensitive to motion, this is the perfect tv for you. DO NOT listen to people that this is a budget tv. It has less problems than the twice as expensive Sony and LG OLED. If you do a simple research you will find that these two companies share panel technology and have the same picture quality problems. Just type in Sony/LG DSE, Grid, Tint problems.

Great picture, good sound, Android tv is nice. I did a lot of research before deciding on this tv. I also tried the u6g and the u8g and this tv fits perfectly in the middle. It is much better at handling motion and much brighter than the u6g. The u8g did not seem any different other then a heavier build quality, I would definitely get this one. I liked it enough to buy another for a different room.

The U7G 65" TV is amazing for the price. It gets surprisingly bright, the black levels are very good for a non-OLED screen and the sheer size of it makes multimedia watching a true delight. The only downside is that the built-in speakers sound very mehh. If you're confused between this and the U6G, the extra money is definitely worth it for the improved picture quality. However you don't need to go for the U8G, as this one will be good enough for most casual users.

I just bought one a few weeks ago and the tv is nearly perfect in every way except one major issue. I play PS5 and the high refresh is great. Picture quality and blacks are awesome. Details pop much more than my previous TCL. However the motion when the camera is slowly panning is a deal breaker. It can be nauseating to look at. It’s like the TV is having a seizure. The only solution is to turn on motion smoothing judder to 8, but that’s not the way movies are meant to be watched and I don’t like the soap opera effect look for most content. From a little research, it appears that other hisense TVs and older ones suffer through the same issues quite often. As far as I can tell, they don’t seem to have a good track record for fixing this via software so I’m not sure about keeping this.
