Excellent tv. Visuals are wonderful and you can see every single blade of grass and definition of hair on animals

Had a few items to meet and this TV met them all at a good price.

While the image is good - not great (it takes a lot of calibration and research to watch something without color distortion and super saturated brightness and whites) and the sound is one of the best on a TV in the price range it has a HUGE connectivity issue. The LAN port is beyond slow and the wifi chip in the same or worse… doesn’t matter what good of a TV is if you can not watch live content, specially sports. This also afect the upscaling process soe xpect to watch only pixels and glitched images intil the processor picks up. Honestly, garbage for the price. Don’t buy, and ignore the reviews/youtube paid promotion videos/articles recommending it.

Great tv very bright snd sharp picture, would buy again

This tv has everything you need for a next gen solution. The display on this tv is so beautiful, almost makes it look & feel like an OLED tv. I am really happy with this one purchase as I was looking for a new tv for my PS5 and I am happy with this one.

This TV is excellent as far as quality, great for fast action and high running gaming. Keeps up very well with no real latency issues.

We enjoy watching hockey however the dirty screen effect (DSE) on this model was too distracting so we returned it. Other than that the picture was pretty good, even in the well lit room it was placed in.

Very bright and good fit for rooms with lots of natural light. Is viewable throughout the day.

The TV was my Christmas gift. The salesman made sure the product would fit the space and the set up technicians were professional, courteous and helpful in answering our questions.

When this tv looks good it looks REALLY good. But I had it less than 24hrs before I returned it for an OLED. Specifically in gradient type scenes you can literally see the dimming zones and it drove me absolutely nuts. Wasn’t all the time, and it got very bright but that is a absolute deal breaker for me.

I love this Tv it has everything I was expecting in a tv the quality is amazing. I love the service I received he was really patient with me and answered all the questions I had towards buying a tv.

Also bought a 65" Samsung S90D. Side by side comparison. I was so excited to put them both to the test. Took 5 seconds. In Madmax Furiosa, the desert scenes almost looked black and white compared to the S90D. Not even close. My GF and I gamed on them side by side for about a week. Not even close. The Hisense looked blurry, and I couldn't get it to go into the HDR game mode picture setting. I understand the Samsung is OLED, and the Hisense isn't. They're very different displays. Still very disappointed. The Hisense gets very bright, but bright isn't better people. I used to talk up this brand, and this line of tvs so much. Paid $900 for the Hisense, and $1200 for the Samsung. If you can spare the extra money do yourself a favor. Out of box this isn't a good tv. Maybe after getting it calibrated, but I couldn't have been more let down.

I recently purchased the U8 65” about a month ago, I use it mainly for my Ps5, I was replacing a 65” LG nano cell that was around 5 years old and had the blue lines of “death” going down vertically. I instanly was amazed by the graphics and detail, and the up-scaling to me seems great watching older movies and shows, 5 years really can make a difference, but there is still a HUGE issue concerning the Wifi, it constantly disconnects and I have to reconnect it by either turning on/off my router or typing in the password everytime, which half the time says its the incorrect password or theres a password issue when theres not. Its not my internet that is causing the problems as everything around me doesn’t disconnect from wifi like this tv does. The TV is great in my opinion but is absolutely worthless if it keeps dropping connection, which is insanly frustrating. Thank god I got the 5 year warranty on it and if you’re thinking of getting this tv I would advice you to do the same.

An awesome viewing experience and excellent sound quality

Purchased this tv after seeing reviews comparing it to brands like sony and samsung for a much better price. Although the tv is great for the money, it still just doesnt compare to the sony we have.

Excellent value and a great performer. The only negative I can offer is the instructions for mounting the base are a little lacking. After a bit of fumbling, we got it right. We also replaced our soundbar with a 5.1.2 Hisense unit which also works very well.
