Its ok, get what ya pay for

Now after only 4 years stuck in boot reloops and having to reload firmware all the time. Not saying its a super high end tv, but imo even for $1,000 it shpuld last longer. Still messing with it but doesnt look good.

Best TV for the dollar
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A few weeks later and still the best tv I've owned. Compared with LG, Samsung, TCL, Sony and for the buck this was best! Coupled it with a Sonos Arc Ultra!

Not satisfied with picture for the price.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has all the features you could want. But too bright for me. Had to turn the brightness way down. Also could not get good flesh tones on faces not matter what color adjustments I tried. And watching normal TV broadcast shows many scenes were just too dark with no detail in dark areas. Was able to help by adjusting the balck level, but for the price was never satisfied with the picture. Ended up returning to by a $400 TCL which has much better picture in general and good face tones, along with most of the other features, such as Dolby Vision/Atmos.

Tv never delivered
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wish I had the tv to review. Bought on 11/29. Supposed to be delivered on 12/3. Never got it. Can’t get it. No one seems to want to do their job and close out the ticket since it still shows in transit. I can’t even cancel the order. My hands are tied. Best Buy keeps telling me to wait 24 hrs. This is the worse customer service I’ve ever had and they have my money yet I have no tv in my home for a week now.
